We need to win, that's it. Far too many times when Barca have dropped points, we've been right behind them doing the same. Hopefully Casemiro can come out unscathed but nothing less than three points today.

I hope im wrong but i expect Valencia to win or the game to end 1-1/2-2 draw.
We strugle against them home and away, they are in a good form and our defence will be suspucios without left back and probably Casemiro......and if Bale starts OMG.
That clown Parejo will once again play the game of his life against us ,Rodrygo is very dangerous .
    I hope im wrong

I hope so. We need these 3 points. We need the lead in the table going into the Clasico. Plus, Valencia will likely try to catch us on the counter attack more so than Barcelona would, which is Casemiro’s expertise.

Not sure about Casemiro, you could make a case either way. But Nacho should not be starting, Carvajal left back, Militao right back.

Tough game in store for us today. I am hoping to see Militao at RB and Carva at LB. Nacho isn't match fit and Odriozola is too suspect defensively. I won't cry too much though if Nacho starts at LB. He always does well there.
I suspect up front we will see Isco, Benz and Bale.

    Militao Ramos Varane Carvajal
    ................Valverde
    .....Modric ..............Kroos
    ....,...............Isco
    ..,,,,Benzema .....Rodrygo

I don’t want to see Casimero play a single minute today, can’t risk losing him for Wednesday, I’m pretty sure Valencia’s coaching staff would have done their homework and know that Casimero will play it safe should he start.

It'll be the first game in like 3 months that I'll be able to watch live. Hopefully it'll be the one that puts us at the top of the table.

    Can't wait.

Missing this one, we need the three points, no matter how I am hoping we get them, I’ll watch later

Not starting Casemiro should be no brainer tactical move. Valencia thugs will target him specifically and he is getting yellow 100%. We have more chance of beating Valencia without case than beating Barcelona without him. Save him for Barca. Seriously.

    Benzema - Rodrygo
    Isco
    Kroos - Valverde
    Modrić
    Militao - Ramos - Varane - Carvajal
    Courtois

Agree with this line up, I would only switch Fede with Modric. I think ZZ won’t start Case because he already played against Brugge. Otherwise it would be strange to start him in that match.

Nacho has barely played this season. Why start him in such an important match ? Why not Militao ?

Benzema & Isco are such horrendous fit together.

It hasn't been an successful combination often.

I'd rather have a front 3 with Vini replacing Isco.

Well in this case the clock has always been right since those two games are only ones we can use as a basis for this argument.

Putting my Nostradamus cap on, Rodrygo will be the hero tonight and will score at least two goals.....if he is played on the left.

Vinicius should have started imo,he played better than Rodrygo against Espanyol and Brugge,i hope Rodrygo willl have more freedom in attack ,not just staying on the right.

Damn no Casemiro makes me nervous. This will be a big game for Fede and Luka. Let’s hope they step up, it’s a must win game for us. Rodrygo and Isco will be scrutinized as well. Big games for them both.

Nah. If he’s not playing Valencia there is no way he’s playing Barca. Dude hasn’t started in however long. He’s done.

    They should get the hint.
