Sentiment on Twitter is running about 90% positive for Pulisic in this game. Lots of comments along the lines of "I hope he gets his goal today, he's earned it"

Lots of the 10% "Pulisic's overrated, hasn't done anything today, bring in Odoi, etc." crowd are from the UK, which I only mention to highlight that they have their idiots too. Plenty of British fans who can't tell if a player's having a good game unless he scores a goal

Don't remind me. That ferengi no talent nose job.

I am not oversaying this, the only teams I feel that could really get the most out of CP ar BCN, ManCity and Pool, in that order.

I agree, but real footballers, guys who love and enjoy playing the game respect the pass as much or more than the goal. CP becomes indispensable to Lumpy if he scores, but he will be loved by the team if he sets up goals for his mates.

Replay shows Tammy was being prevented from reaching the ball by a defender with his arm around Tammy's hips.

Puli was solid, but the MOTM for Chelsea is Willian. He's covered a huge amount of ground, and helped in attack, in midfield, and in defense.

Agreed. As well as CP has been playing, if he want to glue himself onto that starting 11 sheet; he needs to get some end products in - assists or goals. That mean take a few shots, take some chances. Did he take a shot all game today? I can't remember one, whereas Mount shoot the ball every time he sees it.

And I disagreed on Mount. He's not the future of England NT. He's overrated IMO. His game is lacking in multiple areas, the only thing he got is a good shot.

I think he would be an excellent left back. Rashford, Rice, TAA, Dele, Kane, Sterling...these guys are the present and future of england. He thinks he's a michael owen but has the talent of a Stephen Hunt.
