With a solid defense, I'd take that. We were looking very good, goal fully deserved. Was coming. I wish Mount would stop shooting as soon as he sees the whites of the keepers' eyes. Or the white on the goal.
Nice and simple. Lovely ball from james and great positioning from tammy for the easy header that he didnt have to think about. Now to push for more. Need this to be comfortable.
Grealish acting the twat there. Going at that pace on a slippery pitch, a small shove was all that was needed to plant kova and he knew it.
I think a tuba playing clumsy type music whenever Zouma is on the ball would be perfect. It just looks so odd.
Same story, get ourselves into a winning position, look strong and then instead of finishing them off f*cking it up, it's sooooooooooooo annoying!
Yep. And it takes a catalogue of issues to cough it up too. Poor play on the left (Azpi), poor play not closing space in the middle (Zouma) , poor lack of defensive header in the 6 yard box (AC) and poor marking to let the man get in front (Reece). Any number of possibilities to avoid that goal.
To be clear, my point was that shooting from good positions (in the box) is good. Shooting from 30 yards out or tight angles is not good. One has a decent chance of producing goals. The other ends up in row z.
So, shooting from good positions and scoring goals = good. Shooting from bad positions and not scoring goals = bad. Hmm... sounds a bit complicated. Can you illustrate with any pictures?
