I think you can beat them. Berhalter is terrible and I'm impressed with what Coito is doing with Honduras. The US might have more talent but are tactically suspect. I might be overrating him, but I think you guys might have the 2nd best coach in the region.
Honduras U23 will headline group B in the Olympic Qualifying meaning that we will avoid Mexico in the group stage, also the Caribbean teams qualified are Haiti and Dominican Republic.
Honduran reporter, Delio Boquin, said that Monterrey are interested in watching Marvin Bernardez of Vida play. He also said that Buba could be headed to the Galaxy, while the MLS are currently in negotiations with Motagua over the rights for Denil Maldonado. Take it with a huge grain of salt.
Danilo Acosta has signed with the LA Galaxy, dude is really lucky. https://www.diez.hn/legionarios/133...es-galaxy-mls-seleccion-honduras-fabian-coito
Its already done bud. They're just keeping it under wraps unless a better offer from elsewhere lands.
Usually if it's the league buying him. then it's for an expansion team. I wonder who had his discovery rights first.
PLOT TWIST!! Trust me is not Denil Maldonado, I know who’s the player heading to Music City, and I I also know some MLS personnel were at the Nacional Stadium scouting Maldonado, I just don’t know yet, what team is pretending his services. My report is 100% accurate, I never reveal any names— Eduardo Solano (@newguayork) November 30, 2019 So there's a possibility that there's TWO new players going to the MLS.. hmmmmm ??? and Denil Maldonado
Watching the Pentagonal.. there's four players whose stocks are soaring at the moment.. Josue Villafranca Harold Fonseca Edwin Rodriguez Jose Mario Pinto Besides Harold(overage), all three of those players are making a strong case to be considered for the Olympic NT.
Happy that Villafranca is panning out, I remember him being a standout in the U20. Fonseca should already have the #2 Goal Keeper spot on Lock. Kilmar Peña is also another young guy having a good year. The U23 midfield is so stacked but I’m going to keep my expectations in check since qualifying is brutal and anything can happen.
He also already confirmed that the unknown Honduran Player already signed with Nashville FC and that it’s not German Mejia.
Just hope that it’s a young guy
