NCAA Women's Soccer 2019 Bracket Selection Show, watch it here: https://www.ncaa.com/video/soccer-women/2019-11-11/di-womens-soccer-2019-selection-show Here's a link to the official 2019 tournament bracket: https://www.ncaa.com/brackets/soccer-women/d1/2019 RPI snubs: 10 Brown Ivy League 14-1-2 14 Duke ACC 8-3-7 15 Virginia Tech ACC 12-4-2 16 Hofstra CAA 15-3-2 7-3-1
can't wait for it to get started. Good year to be the ACC. 9 teams in and all 9 get to host 1st round games. Also not surprising the Pac 12 also with 9 teams in. Little surprised the Big 12 got 6 teams in I didn't think both TCU and West Virginia would get in. SEC has to be disappointed with only 5 teams getting in

Arkansas is the only team to beat UNC and they get rewarded with a three seed in Stanfords quadrant, yeeeesh!
Potential 3rd Round (seeded) matchups: 1 Stanford - 4 PSU......Ugh! 2 BYU - 3 Arkansas 1 UNC - 4 Texas Tech 2 USC - 3 Oklahoma St. 1 UVA - 4 Rutgers......brutal 2 S. Carolina - 3 Kansas 1 FSU - 4 Washington 2 UCLA - 3 Wisconsin......tough
I hate to break it to some of you but when you get to the 3rd round of the NCAA Tournament. . . . everyone is good! Thats why they are in the 3rd round
Exactly my thought. Hence my request. All these games will be tough. The top teams will face 2 banks of four and kids laying it all on the line physically. If they dont match that intensity they will get beat. No one is that much better to be able to mail it in and win.
that's what makes it exciting. The parody is real. It use to be just a couple of teams had a chance to win the title. Now the athletes have gotten so much better and the programs all over the country are so much better that there are a lot more teams that have a chance to win it. You have to show up for every game or you are going home
By the way, I've been meaning to ask if @Soccerhunter is going to be doing his wonderful prediction thread this year?
Are you still butt hurt from my previous response? Next time try asking a serious question without the condescension, and you'll get a serious answer .
it was a serious question and no I am not. Why would I be? I asked a question, you got salty. I said thanks. If you dont want to explain your words then not much I can do. When you write one word after a match up it means nothing. Tough for who ? Ugh means what? Brutal ???? for whom? how so ? The reality is you are probably still upset that i didn't rate the PSU frosh class as high as you did. Your response to my honest question was childish. I responded in kind. Have a good evening .
Before I responded, your very next post indicated your intent (i.e., that you really didn't care for an answer, you had your response already worked out). Some of your previous posts have had a condescending tone. Hence, the short leash. If you want to make a comment, then make your comment; don't try and bait others.
Im over it my friend. Think whatever you want. Interesting that you didn't go for the other people who expressed similar sentiment.
I came here expecting to see more tourney chatter (or, any at all). I guess people are still processing the results. Here is my limited first round take. 1) I subscribe to ESPN+ which I think gets me access to all NCAA games on the Roku perhaps... but on my PC, the Xfinity login created a blackout situation vis a vis the ACC network. Had to log out of comcrap and logged back in using a Hulu live 7-day trial and then I was allowed to stream Notre Dame's first round home match. This'll leave a bad taste in my mouth when it comes time to renew comcrap. Back to the topic of soccer, Notre Dame repeated its early season win over St Louis, a deja vu moment for Billikens. 2) Rutgers essentially stole Brown's seed and did shit with it. Good on CCSU but a bad look for RU, the bigXi, and the selective (sic) committee. 3) With geography being such a big part of the first round matchups, I'm kind of confused how Monmouth gets sent to Brown and CCSU gets sent to Rutgers. Couldn't these pairs have been switched? Curious about the RPI differences, or whatever other logic may have been used.
