They changed the rule. It’s no longer intent which allowed grey area. If it hits the hand in the box it’s a PK now.

One thought, but maybe this has been changed in recent years. When I used to play, if you were going to send a player off (including for a second yellow), you *had* to stop play. No advantages. Clearly Blind's second yellow came after the referee played an advantage.
