Jawdee's getting behind the ball. We need to be a little more creative up front. only CHO really attacking their back line at this point.

Ah, that explains Barkley's "performance". He was injured all along.

Barkley is a good squad player. The Barkley hatred around here is a bit much tbh.

Nobody has been good. We need someone willing to run at players, other than CHO. Didn’t we just spend a ton of money on someone who can do that? Maybe we see him in the second half.

He is capable of putting in horror show performances and exposes how weak we are in the center of midfield. Really frustrating.

Different standards for playing time seem to get applied to him. Though if we’re being real he is only starting thanks to injuries to Kov and Kante.

RLC can’t get healthy soon enough.

Making hard work of it, AGAIN!

Hopefully we'll get one over the line soon in the 2nd half.

Is he though? If Barkley wasn’t English, I’m not sure he’d still be at the club. Of course, if he wasn’t English, we’d have never bought him.

Fair enough but the thing is quite a few players have given the ball away, fluffed shots and taking people on, passed sideways repeatedly when they were in better positions to the guy they gave the ball too, totally mistimed tackles and risked given fouls, (and almost PK's away on one occasion with Alonso), with absolutely no comment.

I believe he works hard and has a few moments in him where he can be a game changer. He also has a powerful shot in him.

Of course, I wouldn't have bought him and was against his transfer from the start. But he isn't all bad.

Fair point. A few others have been on his level today. I thought Jorginho was decent though.
