They just want to permanently cap tie players produced outside. And finally, Şenol Güneş better promote Ahmed Kutucu, Halil Dervişoğlu and Metehan Güçlü to the senior Turkish NT immediately I do not understand what he is playing at. Ok, Güçlü is currently injured but Dervişoğlu & Kutucu are in the U21 side. They should be given senior caps— Turkish Football (@Turkish_Futbol1) October 7, 2019 99-Guclu is French born/produced 99-Dervişoglu is Dutch born/produced 00-Kutucu is German born/produced but this is about Kutucu, seems to me like it could be Kutucu that doesn't want a senior NT call up now. Last update was that he hadn't made his final choice and as a 00 eligible for U21 until 2023. Could be buying time to make his final choice. Otherwise you would have expected a Turkey senior NT call up ages ago.
now leading the RL Nordost table at 10 goals and 3 assists in 9 games while Pronichev is at 7 goals and 2 assists in 10 games. Pronichev is a weird one he's better than RL but bombed in 2BL and 3rd Liga loans. Will likely attempt to jump up between Winter and Summer again. Actually his 2BL bomb reminds me of what I keep saying about 2BL...............never got any chances, either unused bench player or left out completely of squads.
Bayern talent Marcel Zylla is now advised by super agent Pini Zahavi. Zylla has not been offered a professional contract yet and has little chance of breaking through at Bayern. A move away in 2020 is possible, even though he'd like to make it in Munich [@Plettigoal] pic.twitter.com/6wEN1GO9UW— Bayern & Germany (@iMiaSanMia) October 9, 2019
Germany has provisionally capped today. -Ramaj GK, German-Kosovo -Kurt, German-Turk -Talabidi, German-Togo -Jastremski, German-Pole??? Messeguem is also in the squad but didn't play today.
Bayern 03-Fust is German-Russian? https://www.transfermarkt.us/leon-fust/profil/spieler/522244 also looks like Mainz 03-Trujillo is German-Colombian. I recall seeing in past that he was listed as German-Spaniard, guess that was an error.
now for some foreign NT. -Bosnia U17 03-Mehicevic and 03-Bozickovic both provisionally capped got trashed 4-1 by Czech in qualifiers. Mehicevic scored the lone goal. -Poland U17 have provisionally capped 03-Wasilewski in a 3-2 win vs Northern Macedonia today and now Kosovo U17, provisionally capped vs Netherlands U17 currently down 1-0. -Spahiu (Stuttgart U17 captain, although Suver is ahead of him, both are 03s but Suver is a starter for Stuttgart U19 and both are CBs), Tahiri (Dortmund U17), Berisha (Augsburg U17), Ademi (Pauli U17), E.Ibrahimi (AB U17), Krasniqi (Furth U17), Pervetica (Wuppertal U17 captain) that's 7 German-Kosovo players in their squad. Wonder with Bayern's Neziri absent if he's playing for Albania instead of Kosovo?
Hertha's Dennis Jastrzembski ( yes, Polish parents ) is a regular for the German youth teams. Imo he won't make it in the first division, technical ability is lacking. https://www.transfermarkt.de/dennis-jastrzembski/profil/spieler/358870
I always felt the issue with him is that he's basically a speed merchant. That's basically his specialty, that's something that works well in youth levels but you really need to up your game to make it at pro level. And pretty much how he goes around players But yeah lacking technical skills isn't good. And I have too felt for awhile that he likely won't make it at least at Hertha might need to go to 2BL or maybe somewhere like Eredivisie or another lower level league and work on his game. Would say the 3 wingers from Hertha, "part of 1st team" and all 3 are duals are doubtful to make it at Hertha unless they really improve, Covic, Dardai, Jastrzembski. For Germany, Dennis looks better used as a sub than starter yet we started in him in numerous games. also currently injured too.
not surprising that 02-Noah Jones failed to make the USA U17 WC squad, he doesn't even play for RB Leipzig U19. But looks like 02-Maximilian Dietz from Freiburg U19 made the squad.
Agreed on the Dardais, Covic and DJ. They might make it in a lower league, but not the Bundesliga. Torunarigha otoh could be an international but needs to get his head set straight Won't say more but there is a reason he is not a favourite of either Covic or Kuntz despite his outstanding ability.
at the same time who knows, they are still like 19-20, who knows if down the line they can make 1BL when they work on their game and gain experience. I'm not so sure 1BL is that hard of a league, not saying it's easy but not as hard as elsewhere. So many player seem to flop when they go to other top 4 leagues. And also when you get 2-3 2BL clubs getting 1BL promotion every season, that's also another entry into 1BL. Doesn't even have to be 2BL, 1BL heavily scouts neighboring leagues too, if one performs there is another option. I think it's more like in their current state they aren't going to make it. Torunarigha besides injury issues wouldn't be surprised if there was something else related and from your post sounds like attitude issues. Samardzic could be the one to make it early!
Turkey sucks ass the senior NT defeats Albania 1-0, goal courtesy of German-Turk Tosun. They had 3 German-Turks in XI and one on the bench. while the Turkish U21, lost to Austria U21 3-0, LOL. Seriously Turkey is soooo irrelevant in terms of U21 they can never qualify. Kutucu is wasting his time, they even had 2 red cards today. XI: Kutucu, Yalcin (who after being permanently capped by Turkey gets demoted to U21), B.Ozcan Subs: Oktay wonder if Kiprit being left out is due to not impressing???
Borussia Mönchengladbach’s Conor Noß made his Ireland U19 debut tonight. First ever appearance for the Boys in Green 💪 #COYBIG #BMG— Ronan Murphy (@swearimnotpaul) October 11, 2019
and Messeguem played 20 min today and so is provisionally capped by Germany. Believe he's German-Algerian, his instagram has DEDZ on it.
also I keep forgetting to also add 01-Schade has been capped tied by Germany in these qualifiers. Seems to be German-Nigerian, would guess with his family name that his dad is German and his mom is Nigerian.
-Wasilewski scored a brace for Poland U17 in a 11-0 win over Liechtenstein. With that Poland U17 advances to the Elite Round after 2 wins out of 3. -meanwhile the Kosovo 03 contingent lost 2-0 to Slovenia and are bottom of their group after drawing the Dutch U17 1-1. Kosovo are headed for elimination. They need to win to get to to Elite Round vs Wales. -Mehicevic's Bosnia U17 now need to be one of the best 4 3rd place teams to make the Elite Round.
Serdar and Amiri are now permanently capped tied to Germany as they played Euro qualifiers vs Estonia. Whether they gain relevance down the line or not, will depend on them performing at club.
looks like almost all the German-Turks are getting into trouble. Germany: Can and Gundogan for liking Tosun's tweet although seems like according to Bierhoff, it was explained and accepted. and then Turkey, Ayhan and Karaman both got into trouble and some explaining to do at Fortuna, although seems like they won't get any punishment since the club knows their character well. Tosun seems to be a trouble maker while Calhanoglu looks like his gestures have made less clubs interested in him. UEFA also seems to be investigating.... https://www.dw.com/en/turkish-football-teams-military-salute-to-be-examined-by-uefa/a-50811064 https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-50041529 seems like Serdar and the younger gen have been less controversial, so far.
and Ayhan scores to tie it vs France off a Calhanoglu assist, 1-1 FT. https://streamja.com/O1Qj basically means 4/4 Turkish pts earned this International Break were due to German-Turks. And Turkey currently lead the Group table. funny part is that Ayhan scored the winner when these 2 countries 1st met in qualifiers in a 2-0 win. Basically earned Turkey 4 pts against France.
Joachim Löw brought Suat Serdar and Nadiem Amiri on in a competitive game yesterday so that they wouldn't be able to represent Turkey and Afghanistan respectively anymore. Löw plans with duo for the future but next year's European Championship could still be early for them [Bild] pic.twitter.com/RknKhCV9wb— Bayern & Germany (@iMiaSanMia) October 14, 2019 Low has done this before, I'm 100% sure that's why Gnabry, Sane, Tah etc were called up by Germany early when still young than ignored for awhile before getting recalled. It was basically to permanently cap these players. Seems like same idea is being played here. fact is as you go along age groups the number of duals increases every year. Letting other countries poach players will just reduce the player pool, it's why I'm perfectly fine with it.
Not a good idea to ignore Serdar in the future when u cap him , he chose DFB rather than Turkey, u better play him. U don’t want to have another Demirbay situation U wanna show the younger Turk/German dual nationals that they can integrate perfectly n won’t be capped by DFB ... then being ignored/unused in ages
Seriously, Low said that to the media? I wonder if this was a wise move, but it is Low we're talking about. Chances are Serdar and Amiri would feel unsecure with this action.
don't think Low said that to the media more like Bild likely talked to someone who told them that. It's like when they mention this club or that club heads wants this or that. Those are reports.
I think the issue is Serdar, he was very very close to going for Turkey (even though he was with Germany U21 3 months ago). Low telling him he wants him in another 2ish years is unlikely to have worked and calling him up was forced otherwise he's gone.
