Soft penalty but Morris did, sort of, get fouled. OF course Sargent screws it up.

Yeah, he had ideas/abilities beyond trying to beat four players on the dribble or just fouling someone. That's mostly what our heavy hitters have brought tonight.

So, am I to assume that Berhalter thinks Brooks isn't better than Long or Zimmerman? Is he too good at passing the ball to be useful for a team who is clearly trying to play out of the back? What a clown.

I've been watching the MNT since 2001. I've seen us beat Mex, seen them beat us, seen some ties. And the only times we got beat this bad were the two gold cup finals in 09 and 11. The first was because we were playing all second-stringers since the A team had gone to the Confeds Cup. The second was a fiasco that got the coach fired.

So this isn't our worst performance against Mexico since 2000, but it's not far off. And worse, it's coming after we lost the GC final at home against them. That should have (1) given us a chip on our shoulder to come out and kick some ass and (2) some notion of how to adjust to do better than we did in that earlier game.

I don't know what to say, man. It's hard to see a result like this and keep the faith. There just seems to be a lack of skill and heart. I hope I'm wrong.

The funny thing is who gives a <expletive>! He’s a shot stopper, he’s not a distributor, let him do what he does best and play safe in the god damn back. How many horror show moments has he had in the back since June alone? How many best XI’s did he make in Germany in the first 3 weeks. He’s superb if we use him right and a dung heap w/legs when we don’t. So what does Beerholder do? Insist on playing him in dungheap mode of course. Just an epic grand mal moron of a coach.

Nah...it will be the players that will make the coaching change.

If this shit show continues, the players will give up on the coach.

Shut up, Stu. Please, shut up before our soccer media composed of parrots picks up on your nonsense and repeats it non-stop, "BRAAWWWK - PULISIC AFRAID TO TAKE PENALTIES - BRAWWWWK - DOESN'T HAVE THE PASSION - BRAAAWK"

So I take it that Trasholder will get a contract extension before the start of the World Cup which we won’t even be a part of im assuming?

Would have been nice to see him on the same field with a healthy John O’Brien, as well.

I feel bad for Morales, dude actually cares, and in his role could play a good part. Looks like a muscle injury, hope its not a torn quad. He is better than Trapp and Bradley and him playing shown that tonight. Hopefully he isn't hurt.

Mexico has better players. And the better coach. Nothing has changed in a few months lol.

Would like a.new coach though. Gregg is out of his depth. A lot of apologists in the media on my Twitter feed.

If I was Pulisic, I'd seriously reconsider playing under GB.

He won't, but the players will.

All it takes is for Pulisic, Weston, and Adams to refuse callups.
