This was a no-brainer to me once we learned that Morales was returning to Germany after the 1st game. Edit: Oh my … Trapp? My heart just sank.
I really hope McKennie is not playing winger...oh wait Berhalter likes to play 8’s and 6’s in Germany on the outside.
Well, you pulled that out of your ass, which is unfortunate. Besides which, you forget the fact that teams are restricted from flying too many miles during the international breaks. Hence why you don't see a lot of other countries flying out to Asia to play Friendlies, and why the inter-continental games are between CONCACAF/CONMEBOL, UEFA/CAF, and AFC/Oceania.
Nothing wrong with stating a worry before rosters come out. If that is what you were doing, than I apologize. Perhaps I misread your post.
you don't know what you're talking about. (a) they can play here, and many want to. (b) the rules only say they have to play both games in the same region unless the cross-region flight is less than 5 hours. if you are going to take a swing for the champ have a better punch, chump. https://resources.fifa.com/image/up...2018-2925437.pdf?cloudid=c83ynehmkp62h5vgwg9g
you might be right in actual terms but in reality given this xi i wouldn't leave him (trapp) back there alone. but in real reality i wouldn't even be headed down this road.....etc.
True. It's so embarrasing to have nobodies in the squad like Virgil van Dijk, who's the owner of such obscure titles like Player of the Year and Defender of the Year of the UEFA, not to mention that other little scrub Frenkie de Jong, the winner of the UEFA's Midfielder of the Year Award and then there's the stuttering turbo of the Liverpool midfield Wijnaldum, with Virgil van Dijk the winner of that in comparison to the Concacaf Cup dented dull CL trophee. And then there's de Ligt. Ajax made it into the semi final despite his efforts to sabotage it. So he got on the nominee list of FIFA's world player of the Year which is proof of the corruption behind that composition of that list. Yup. The other national teams are relieved they're not burdened with this bunch of incompetent wannabee soccer players.
You made my point for me. Unless they fly halfway around the world for 2 games, or we do, we're not going to play many games outside of the Americas. It's also why we rarely play in Europe. We had one Camp Strudel in Europe under JK, but otherwise, we've played almost exclusively in North America. Why? Because we hate Europeans, right? Perhaps it's because we're upset at their socialized medicine? If you're going to make shit up, don't be surprised when people call you out.
Uggggghhhh. No Gregg, no. I'm barely ok with Zardes over Sargent. But Morales as an 8? Oh boy. Also, Brooks injured again is becoming a theme.
I’ve found that rather than tweeting angry it’s better to just sip a scotch and say nothing at all. #USMNT https://t.co/aWjpptBroj— Matthew Doyle (@MattDoyle76) September 7, 2019
OMFG... GB is such a TOOL. He starts both Trapp and Zardes. I am now cheering for Mexico. I want GB GONE and the only way that will happen is if he fails big time. He is not the man for this job. He can go back to Columbus if he likes that so much
Egg probably isn't that high on Sargent. Unfortunate. Zardes can't hold the ball up. Boyd helps in possession but he could play the same role with Sargent. Trapp and Morales will be swarmed in the midfield so Mckennie won't be able to get forward much like Egg wants.
whenever i post about how bradley/trapp will play every match and we will never see adams at that spot there are ALWAYS posters who act like im being crazy. they suck, and are wrong, every single time.
Brooks seems to be injured. John Brooks not in uniform because of minor groin injury. Other scratches: Gonzalez, Guzan, Lima, Baird.— Steven Goff (@SoccerInsider) September 7, 2019
