"The VCF is going to bet on Kangin Lee instead of Rafinha." It would seem great news, as long as Kangin has enough minutes and does not stay in residual minutes. Now, does this mean that a Parejo substitute will not be signed? Because the South Korean is not going to play there. "El VCF va a apostar por Kangin Lee en lugar de Rafinha". Me parecería una gran noticia, siempre que Kangin tenga minutos suficientes y no se quede en minutos residuales. Ahora, ¿esto significa que no se va a fichar un sustituto de Parejo? Porque el surcoreano no va a jugar ahí.— VCForever (@VCForever_) August 3, 2019
Lee Kang-In is a goldmine. ------ Valencia CF breaks the record for sponsorship income and goes for more Anil Murthy , president of Valencia CF , has appeared at a press conference on the occasion of the presentation of the new sponsor of the Mestalla club, Libertex , which will appear on the back of the club's shirt. The president of Valencia CF has also confirmed that the pull Kangin Lee is not only sports, but the black and white club also notes the explosion of the player in the other areas of the club, how it can be in marketing or digital, " the downloads of the new app are mostly in South Korea and South America ... it was not like that before, that is why we are doing now, the club is growing. https://eldesmarque.com/valencia/va...-el-valencia-cf-aprovecha-el-tiron-kangin-lee
The transfer window is still open so I’m still holding out hope that Kangin can get out of Valencia on a loan this season.
Oh my goodness. I was literally praying for Kangin to do well today but then as soon as he gets on the pitch he makes a ‘Toco en Hugo Duro’ mistake. I cannot. It’s only still just the last game of the preseason but he can’t be losing balls like that. Marcelino is never going to risk giving him opportunities to play with those type of moments. I’d like to see him gain experience on a team where there isn’t as much pressure on him and he can make mistakes without getting highly criticized. He might even need to consider going to the Segunda division.

He’s not on the squad list that was released. He’s been absent from all of the team training sessions this week. I read on Twitter that he’s experiencing physical discomfort? Who knows. I’d like to think that he’s MIA because he’s getting his affairs in order before he makes a move to a loan destination, lol. Probably not though.... I hope this is the case though. I seriously doubt he’ll get to play any meaningful minutes this season.
How is it possible that an 18 year old youngster who got to the finals of the U-20 world cup carrying the team on his back can't find a loan to a first division team? Did LKI just not want a loan?
I’m sure there have been offers. But in an interview he did while in Poland he said “Valencia is my home. Working with this team gives me a lot of pleasure & from the next season I want to work hard to strengthen my position.” I’d say he has the desire to stay (and apparently owner Lim also wants him to remain). Perhaps he’s confident enough in himself to think that he’ll be able to win over Marcelino and earn more minutes. If he doesn’t leave right now, at least he’ll have the chance to leave on loan come January.
Quédate con quien te mire como yo a KangIn. 😂🥰Where is Lee? 🤪🧐 pic.twitter.com/pfk2tUTsZ3— Carlos Soler (@Carlos10Soler) August 20, 2019
So, Carlos Soler injured his ankle in training yesterday. It’s said that he might be out for the next 6-8 weeks. It’s very unfortunate because he’s been playing extremely well lately. Anyways, this is a great opportunity for Ferran and Kangin to get minutes on that right wing, maybe even as starters. If I was Marcelino, I’d put my trust in the youngsters for at least a couple of games, esp. against weaker opponents, to see how they cope. This is probably the biggest chance Kangin has to get increased playing time this season. Unfortunately, I also have a feeling that Daniel Wass will be moved up to that position and Piccini left at the back, lol. It’s also a possibility that Cheryshev or Jason (if he stays) or even a new reinforcement (Rafinha or Thauvin?) will be appointed holder of that position before Ferran and Kangin. You know how Marcelino is with the Champions League on the line...
Aside from LKI, Marcelino is managing a team on that is ready to take the push into another level. Naturally a manager is going to be cautious when experimenting with player selection...that's understandable. that in view, perhaps a loan for LKI would be the clear cut choice...best for all parties.
Lee Kang In-- He's been struggling with a knock. Now is it a "knock" or knock? I don't know but he's been training individually which puts the weekend in question. https://koreanfootballers.blogspot.com/2019/08/weekend-preview-aug-17-recap-aug-10-and.html?spref=tw

I think the Owner of the team may have more to do with this move. ----- Valencia coach Marcelino says he'll be counting on Kang-in Lee this season. The South Korean youngster has been considering his future in preseason, but Marcelino insists he'll be part of his squad. The coach said, "He is one more player of the squad. "If the club and the player want him to be here, I will use him as one more. "He will play the minutes that, being as fair as possible and looking for the good of the team, will be considered." https://www.tribalfootball.com/arti...ing-to-count-on-kang-in-lee-4291698#popup-sso https://www.reddit.com/r/ValenciaCF/comments/cmj8w6/valencia_coach_marcelino_willing_to_count_on/
