Nah no stresses, thought that may be the case but also figured worth a shot. Will be keeping glued to my emails and this forum come next Sunday/Monday when they may start re-releasing/re-allocating, so heres to hoping - cheers anyway!
How did ticket resale work for the nations league? Were tickets available as soon as the email was received or was there a specific time at which to connect to the portal? It takes time to send a million or so emails, i received mine 2 hours after the first rejection email was first reported on this forum. If they make tickets available immediately, i guess there won’t be anything left by the time the last email is received
I was partially successful in nations league so didn't get an email, spoke with some guys who did get an email. The email had a link that took you in to buy there and then
Yes but did all receive the emails at the same time and was there a queue as usually happens here. Probably not a true comparison as the demand for this will be far greater. Thanks
The bit I am still unsure about is do they only let you try and buy tickets for games that you were unsuccessful with?
Whats the guesstimate on when it will start then? Payment closes on 18th so will it start 19th what’d you reckon?
I sort of got the feeling that they send an email notifying you that you would get access perhaps 2-3 hours later. It would seem a bit strange to just send an email saying immediately available and thus having people check their emails every nano second. Normally you are always told when a first come first served session will start. Except of course with the Cricket WC when they just ignored the published session altogether.
UEFA said late august (https://www.uefa.com/uefaeuro-2020/news/newsid=2617711.html), whatever that means.
They said by mid August for the first announcement and we all received notification on 6th so who knows?
Hi everyone! I hope you can help me here. I get allocated 2 tickets to London, but when I go and click "Pay for tickets", then it seems that I will be rediderected to another page and receive message "Error... please try again later" Please see the link attached. https://euro2020-sales.tickets.uefa.com/api/1/sso/gigya/login The most interesting thing is that my friend payed succesfully for his tickets from my PC. What is the problem and how I can fix it within deadline?
How would I go about a trade? Can you do it through UEFA or on here? Would I have to wait until May when I get posted the tickets then send them on to the person?
Incidentally this also works when airlines sometimes bump their prices when you're scouting around and check the same one again. Clearing cookies puts the quote back to the original lower offer. I assume it's to get you to panic buy because the price is going up.
I cleared cookies - it didn't help... I am stressed and don't know how to fix it.. Tried different devices: tablet, PC, mobile...
Difficult to make concrete travel plans when we don't know the kick-off times of the matches. Any ideas when those might be announced?
you need to take some info from the one you are trading with. see how long he is a member in this forum and who can vouch for him. you wait till may and talk on the process of sending the tickets
Have you tried from a different location (ip address) or by using the phone network rather than wifi? Clear cookies again if you haven't. Other than that, check if your bank is blocking payment, if not, email UEFA.
You can make certain assumptions, such as when your game is on the same day as a game in Baku and your game’s in Amsterdam that the Amsterdam game will be the late kick off otherwise Baku will be kicking off 1am local time.
