I haven't seen him play at all, but I feel like for someone hanging around the fringes of the 1st team of a pretty decent Bundesliga side as an 18-year-old, he is kinda under-hyped. He's arguably in a better position career-wise than guys we talk about a lot more like Gloster, Mendez, Ledezma, Llanez, etc.
he seems to be a solid though unspectacular defender who on the other hand is solid and unspectacular enough to have the first team of an upper half bundesliga side interested
Brooks is bound to get injured for a few weeks eventually. So maybe a chance Edwards makes some 18’s this season.
