Napoli owner ADL: "James' problem is that we have to deal with Real Madrid. We are tough, we do not want to give in to Florentino's unjust demands. We're in no hurry because our team is already strong. We want to buy, but we don't want to make mistakes."Piss off.— M•A•J (@Ultra_Suristic) July 11, 2019
What does the state of not playing have anything to do with it? Besides, it was a joke. Man, this Neymar to Barca hysteria is getting absurd. We survived prime MSN, and people here are losing their shit.
Jovic/Benz VJ.......,........Brahim........Rodrygo .............? ............. Valverde Marcelo/Mendy. Nacho. Militao. Odriozola .................Navas/Lunin This would make a very exciting young B team. I wonder if Zizou will have a B team that plays regularly like the Morata/James one.
You’re right from a success point of view, but you could argue that at that time we had the best player in the world, the best two CBs, the best two CMs, etc, etc. I can’t see how Barca getting Neymar doesn’t improve them especially when you consider finances being a non-factor at that club in recent times.
Manchester United are interested in Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, according to Sky in Italy. Lazio's president Claudio Lotito wants £90m for the 24-year-old and does not intend to lower the asking price. We survived because we had Cristiano and a better Bale, along with prime Modric, prime Kroos, Casemiro, prime Ramos, etc.... Even with that they won a treble.
We had 3 UCLs in 4 years of Neymar, 1 La Liga and 1 CDR. Since he left we had 1 UCL, 0 La Liga and 0 CDR in 2 years.
I don't think it has anything with forgiveness. I just don't think he sees him as a player that fits in his schemes.
Neymar is already a traitor to Barcelona..... and Santos. He will still be a traitor to some fans there even if he makes a dramatic return to Barcelona. If I am a Bartcelona fan, I would not forgive him. I don't want him playing here. Being a traitor to his first two clubs says something about him. One club happens to be Barcelona and it does not change my opinion of him because I support the rival club. He is also more injury prone than Bale in the last two seasons. Oh well, if he really can piss off the Barca fans, i would be happy. Actually, they probably end up laughing at us for taking a problem off PSG. He will win trophies for us, but spends more time on the bench than on the field.
If anything, PSG can offload Neymar to Barca and then turn around and buy both Griezmann and De Gea. If they buy any top players first then Barca will only lowball them knowing they need money. PSG is smart in not showing their hand. They're not desperate to sell, Barca are desperate to buy.

This is what Marca says: We must have at least 4 players from the academy (who played at least 4 years in the academy). We can only sell 1 of them and then we can sell Keylor, or loan Lunin and include Altube.
I think they’re wrong as Marcelo will also be included in the count given he joined as an 18 years old.

Its a BS article. Carvahal is home grown also. Plus, we can count third keeper as well. All we need to do is to trim main squad down to 23 players and for CL we just add two youth players.
ABC said ZZ only wants 23 men squad anyways. Add couple of Castilla guys in the 25 UCL list. Carva and 3rd GK will make 4 youth products.
Isn't Varane considered HG? I thought HG is trained 3 years between 15 to 21. Varane joined when he was 18 right? Or does the training 3 years actually mean a full 36 months? Varane DOB 25 April 1993 Joined us on 27 June 2011 so he joined when he was 18 years and 2 months old. Does it mean he missed the home grown status by 2 months?
I believe he missed that by a few months. He turned 18 in April 2011 ... so didn't finish the full 3 years.
Marcelo and Varane don;t count because they didn't play with one of our youth teams. I don't know how reliable this article is, but if they're right then we can't count those 2 as 'home grown'.
We'll be fine, the club won't let its (transfer) plans go to ruin due to some basic, well-known rule. It would otherwise be a rather huge professional error by the responsible party. But hey, who knows...we were kicked out of the Copa not too long ago!

It has nothing to do with playing for youth teams. Homegrown means that a player must have been with the team for at least 3 years before turning 21.
We have always been his only true destination this summer. We should play very hard ball. They need to come down considerably or we need to look elsewhere (Eriksen, who should be on our roster anyways!).
