Al-Khelaifi coming out with strong words against star behavior at PSG. Looks like they are willing to let him go. What a failure if so. On both sides.

Looks like Neymar is heading back to Barcelona.
    Good move in my opinion.

If Barca pay more than 150m they are stupid .
A lot of hurdles have to be cleared for this move to happen .

I would not pay more than 150m for Neymar as well, but I would not pay more than 75m for Coutinho either, and Barcelona is reportedly asking 140m for him, which is delusional. If Coutinho is 140m, Neymar is 220m.

Would you swap Coutinho plus 70m for Neymar?

Neymar will leave PSG "pelas portas do fundo" again ...

His career has been just so terribly mismanaged. I am surprised Barca are willing to take him back .. and at a high price.

Leonardo’s interview about him was very revealing. PSG apparently has had enough of his antics. As a guy from Uol Esporte wrote today, Neymar treats PSG as a side job that he ocasionally attends.

His reputation is taking a nosedive. When he was younger and healthy, he could get away with this. Now that he’s older and injury prone, teams will not and should not pay a premium for him anymore.

NEYMAR stops training at PSG, and Barcelona remains quiet.
I will agree with you all that Neymar needs to straighten up here, but I am sure once he returns, where ever it may be, he will bring alegria to the torcida, and everything will be fine.

Leonardo didn't take it easy with Neymar . Said they want players who want to be there, not ones who think they are doing a favor for the team. He is as good as gone. Or else it's going to be really awkward if he stays. Barca just trying to figure out how to pay the fee.

Anyone want to eat crow about Neymar leaving PSG???? Told you guys he would and that it is beyond easy to force a transfer. If Robbie Savage could do it certainly Neymar can.

Well ... Neymar is not out yet. Seems like he is sure pretty he will be moving, but I don't know if Barca has the money to pay the asking price since they committed to Griezmann already. They have to unload Coutinho and Dembele or use them on a trade with PSG. I think only the equivalent of 220m will satisfy PSG.

I haven't figured out if Barca are trying to get both Griezmann + Neymar or just seeing if they can get Neymar and possibly give a middle finger to Griezmann. They were supposed to already have closed on Griezmann. The board is a total mess. Having Messi+Suarez+Neymar+Griezmann is a bit nuts even if it is for 2 seasons.

Madrid's doors don't look open to Neymar ... unless PSG sells him at a bargain.

Although I was never in favor of his PSG transfer, he could've built a brilliant legacy in France in a Michael Schumacher goes to Ferrari kind of way. Go to a team that's a at low point (ECL wise), turn them into a continental force to be reckoned with. That kind of project doesn't really suit Neymar though as he is not a particularly ambitious person (most brazilians footballers aren't). And he and his father aren't smart enough to realize that, hence the end result : two seasons of his athletic and technical prime gone to waste.

For me he really should go back to Barcelona, only question is how they're gonna do it. PSG needs a defender and midfielder, a deal of 100m+Umtiti+Rakitic wouldn't be THAT bad to Barcelona since the CB is constantly injured (there's even some rumours around that his problem needs to be solved by a cirurgy he refuses to go under) and the Croat is getting old and isn't such a key piece to them, they'd still have Vidal/Aleña (and De Jong, but I suppose his role is different, he might be there to substitute a aging Busquets). I don't think Barça would cry if Coutinho left either and he sure needs some new fresh air, so thats another possibility; I'm sure that a combination of such players and some money would do the trick.

Well ... that's exactly why he went there no ? At least that's what they sold to everyone. If it's not that it was just money. There is a possibility that Neymar just realized that team is going nowhere because they simply don't have a good structure. But that may be tough to believe since PSG has made important moves such as bringing Mbappe and keeping some players they deem important from leaving.

Because of his injuries, you can't even say that Neymar/PSG failed. They haven't had a chance to give it a proper go at the CL.

BTW ... Neymar Sr. wanted him to stay at Barca. Could be a lie. Who knows.

I'd rather see Coutinho go to PSG. I think it would help both players.

    She's so hot.
No doubt Neymar will leave PSG, just a question of how long. He doesn't want to remain anymore, I just wish he would leave from the front door and not the back door.

Barcelona’s board is a mess. They are playing FUT and not trying to build or improve a team. It doesn’t make sense to pursue both Griezmann and Neymar and yet here we are.

Even if Griezmann wasn’t coming, I think Barcelona should stay away from Neymar. To see that they are considering him says a lot about that board.

Neymar should rebuild his career elsewhere. I’d like to see him in the Premier League.
