There's some quality gold in here...... Brazilian pundits not a fan of possible Jorge Jesus to Flamengo. https://t.co/XSPCPyWhGG— PortugueseSoccer.com ⚽️ (@PsoccerCOM) May 31, 2019
How do you think this Palmeiras team would do in lets say the serie a or french lg???? I've been thinking about this because this team is extremely solid and consistent.
And I finally went to a brasileirao match. Only problem was I couldn't here Santos's starting 11 and couldn't even hear the PA announcer all game because it was so noisy. Now I see why brazilians always listen on the radio lol. Atmosphere was insane and the Castelao was close to sold out. I was almost naive enough to buy a ticket in the Santos visitor section, thank god I didn't.
I remember coming back from Castelão in the WC. Was a nightmare . Radio also provides extra info during the match that many fans like to have .
WC wasn't a congestion problem. They had a special setup. Only buses had access near the stadium. My problem was that I got on the bus, got back to the mall which was the drop off point, and there were amazingly no taxis. Had to walk like 90 mins to find a city bus. Not fun at night in Fortaleza.
Palmeiras ultrapassa o City e é o terceiro em ranking mundial de clubes https://www.gazetaesportiva.com/tim...-e-e-o-terceiro-em-ranking-mundial-de-clubes/
I'd rather see a draw here with Santos x Corinthians. Flamengo playing CSA in Brasilia on the away leg ... well that's helpful ...
Crap game. Gremio got the result, but it wasn't deserving. That game had 0-0 draw written all over it with both sides playing poorly.
I was excited to watch it too. Lol There have been so many great games this season that i am surprised when i watch one like that. Fortaleza x cruzeiro was outstanding
Can't wait to see which clubs gets screwed over by this.
Yeah, not really a volume problem, but more of a quality depth problem. Maybe a squad like Palmeiras or Flamengo could overcome it, but others will be affected.
Also it is more than reasonable for the CBF to pump the brakes on the break. Do we need a Copa America every year? And the Biased part of me doesn't want to break because I like watching good football. Copa America hasn't provided it , especially compared to the brasileirao this year which has been extremely entertaining for me. I don't know what other die hard brasileirao fans are saying but the lg has been really good this year with a better pace of play and more styles. And next year's Copa America is on the same dates as the Euro 2020. Dumb scheduling.
And Flu should really think about selling Pedro to Flamengo. I think long term they'd benefit. I don't see him getting bought by a big european club either.
Some really impactful losses rildo to s korea Marcinho to China ( Fortaleza had no choice) Jean Lucas to France I'm worried about Santos with this move. Jean Lucas does a lot of different things and you can't just go find a similiar player to him. Jorge Jesus has already figured this out with the segundo volante position in this lg. The segundo volante talent here ends up laying waste on the bench most times. I'm worried about Fortaleza to losing marcinho. It came out of nowhere. I haven't seen any names but the need another winger ASAP. Chape fans complained about rildo a lot but he is the only player in their team with legit quality.
I don't really know the reasoning of moving the CA to an Euro year. It could be because there is a WC hangover the year after. Womens WC has been more exciting than CA from the little I've watched.
