lol bet you weren't saying that when we came back against senegal last minute and then they missed that penalty. prob got a hard on imagining everyone on our team would go to europe, now since we lost in the final u think everyone sucks ass? we were underdogs every match leading up to this final i think we deserve a huge shoutout. and you deserve to have been born non-korean with ur dumbass comments.

KJM argh!!! Man as a central pivot you cannot cannot must not ever ever lose the ball in possession where you did! And if by chance you do, you need to foul immediately to break up the play man. What are you doing!!!!

Dude looks a little like Ki and is elegant on the ball similar to Ki but he also lacks mobility like Ki. Unlike Ki, he doesn't have the skill, touch, vision, passing range and playmaking sense to cover for his lack of mobility.

Damn. It hurts, but nothing can be done. The defense was too lax, and players weren't aware of the dangers of a sudden press. Ukraine proved their tactical maturity.

Didn’t even expect them to get past the group stages.

Great accomplishment for them to get 2nd place.

Nah it's idiots like you who continue to suck the KFA off for "great showings" despite losing everything. Loser mentality -> loser nation. Thanks for that.

1.While the ending sucked, this was still a fun run to watch the guys go on.

2.However, the defenders, the captain Hwang and KJM were really bad. And I have no idea why KJM started or wasn't taken off. He didn't have anything really positive going on. Also, why did our guys look so gassed with theirs looking so spry and fresh?

    3. I guess that's just the way the ball rolls. If that earlier header that pinged off Lunin's hands to the post bounces a little differently, it's a tap in rebound and it's 2-2

While the loss hurts, it was a great run by our boys. Ukraine is on a different level and they deserve all the plaudits for coming back from an early 1-0 deficit.

However, some of us really need to lay off the criticism. Some questionable approaches were applied after our early lead but we barely even got to the semifinals let alone the finals. It was a great run and it gives me hope for our KNT future.

Good run! Hopefully the scouts take these kids to teams outside the K-league. That's all we can hope for. And Lee Kang In put in a show for everyone this whole tournament

KJM looks like he's just going through the motions. No urgency, no key passes, no making himself available for a pass, barely uses his height. Meanwhile he's pointing to who the pass should go to. Almost just trying to look like KSY

Totally agreed with the first part, but I can bet my entire fortune on that most players from this team wont even make it to our NT.

On a somewhat related note, this is the team that's gonna be in the Olympics next summer right? With hopefully a fired up Jeong?

    Well done Ukraine.

    Well done South Korea.

Its sweet cos our boys achieved so much, but its bitter cos they were hair breadth away from making history. Once in a life time.

Our boy with the well deserved golden ball. Hurts to see Spurs and our U20s lose the finals, but also extremely proud of what they’ve achieved. Completely exceeded my expectations and hoping for a bright future for all of these guys.

Nice to see Lee win the Golden Ball. He's in good company... right up there with Messi.

He is already better than Messi, Ronaldo, Wu Lei combined at his prime.

Only bad luck and desperate Ukrainian defense of their penalty box prevented his set pieces from changing the outcome. I can't remember when was the last time I saw a set piece taker this consistently awesome.
