  1. I'm very happy Luis Sinisterra shows all the hard work he did put in at Feyenoord bares fruit for him in this tournement.
Can't wait for the new season to start and him presenting himself to the new coach Jaap Stam.
    Go Luis, go and score:thumbsup:

Undoubtedly. And hopefully it was enough to get him some playing time for Feyenoord next season. He's a beast.

He's been a beast in these first 45 minutes. Constantly getting behind the defense on the left.

  10. 4' De eerste kans is voor Feyenoord! Luis Sinisterra geeft laag voor, Dylan Vente met een mispeer. Hij toucheert de bal slechts, daardoor kan Steven Berghuis even later ook niet uithalen.

4' First chance for Feyenoord! LS passes at ground level, DV with a huge miss. He merely touches the ball, with the result SB a moment later can't pull the trigger either.

42' Nu probeert Luis Sinisterra het zelf, terwijl hij de bal ook aan Dylan Vente of Steven Berghuis had kunnen (moeten?) geven.

42' Now LS gives it a try himself ( with a shot), while he also could have (should have?) given the ball to DV or SB.

Subbed off at the 60th minute when he was Feyenoord's best player on the pitch...

Created 3 clear chances. The main starter who he subbed out for scored the tying goal in stoppage time.

Here's his match in a friendly last week that got him his start today:

They have him on the right side now?

  18. ?? He was against Dynamo also on the right side!!

  19. By the way. He had his mother in the stands to watch him against Dynamo. He was very happy she was there and could enjoy him scoring a goal as well in his first European Cup match. I can't recall if it also was his first Feyenoord first team real competitive match.

I did not watch it except the goal.
Good to know that is where they are consistently putting.him.

In the U20 he mostly played left wing.

  21. Normally Dutch international Berghuis plays in that spot, but Stam moved him to the centre spot after van Persie retired. It's a pity Sinisterra hasnot gotten the chance to play alongside that legend.
