Yea, reminds me of a lot of those early - mid 90's soccer jerseys... a bit nostalgic.. I like the vintage/retro thing.

Biggest change will be playing in front of a library at home.

I wonder if he remembers how to speak the language from his year in England

Looks so photoshopped. Or like a cardboard cut out. Am I the only 1?

    So, what's his number?

Rumor is Odoi wants the #10 shirt that will be vacant once Hazard leaves.

So weird. He was there on the training grounds. So, why do it naturally I wonder.

Now he needs to say the mandatory "I've always been a Chelsea fan, since I was a child I wanted to play for Chelsea, I grew up watching Joe Cole and Frank Lampard..."

I could handle that but if he says John Terry I may puke.

I wish I had trademarked that phrase. Unless someone beat me to it I started using it at the Cotton Bowl in '96. I was sitting on the reserved seating side and it was so quiet while the GA side was raucous. I almost felt like if I made a noise a librarian would hush me. Moved to the Inferno right after that.

Stupid question, but how often does a club buy a player that the manager isn't aware of? How can he not be involved when the club is dropping 60 million pounds?

The Pulisic funds must have cleared BVB's bank account

They've signed 3 guys in the past 24 hours

Really good signings too, BvB fans must be very excited.

Schulz, T. Hazard, and Brandt . I am surprised none of these guys were picked up by Bayern.

Brandt is a fireball. T. Hazard no slouch. BVB should still be challenging for a top 10 Bundesliga position, even without Pulisic. Maybe top 8 because they still have Sancho. :) But seriously, Brandt is quality.

Pulisic said he met with Sarri before signing with Chelsea. I believe when Sarri says he didn't know they signed him he meant they didn't tell him it was happening, not that he knew nothing of Pulisic or Chelsea's interest in him.

    Top 10?

Nah, they will likely win the BL next season. Nico is going to improve that defense greatly. Sancho, Brandt, Reus, and Hazard? That's an attacking force to be reckon with.

Because we can naturally assume Bayern will make no efforts to improve, what with the league's highest budget and all.

I would say they relatively challenged for the league without pulisic. He was out so much this year.

In the BL, if they dont challenge for the top 3 then they would fire every single person tasked with bringing in these players this year. Top 10 and Top 8 mean nothing to them in the grand scheme of things. They could put out crap each week and still get those finishes. With these signings they hope to keep pace with bayern but likely wont.
