Don’t care didn’t care, Don’t care was wild: Don’t care dissed national cups Like any Canadian child. Don’t care was made to care, Don’t care was riled: Don’t care was put by the TV And made to watch the Cup Final.
Cups are secondary competitions, where teams often rest main players on their way to the final games. For the final, yes, I expect both to play with their full A-teams, but I feel Tyler has already proved enough in the season for us to care much about how he shows in a game right back from injury. BTW, he trained with the team again today: https://www.ligainsider.de/tyler-adams_14025/adams-trainiert-wieder-mit-dem-team-269329/
Although he's back in training, Adams has not made the squad for today's match. 🚨 TEAM NEWS 🚨#Sabitzer & #Demme are back in the starting XI 🙌@emilesmithrowe returns to the bench, but the game comes too soon for @tyler_adams14 📋 🔴⚪ #DieRotenBullen #RBLFCB pic.twitter.com/yd73UltKQo— RB Leipzig English (@RBLeipzig_EN) May 11, 2019
Trust him to be well rested and fit for the Gold Cup if fully healed. I always go back and forth on the seemingly over-conservative approach German teams seem to take, but it's probably not over-conservative at all and just a fan's reaction
They've been playing their main teams since they've faced Bundesliga teams, with a little rotation at GK.

Perhaps we could be so lucky to see him get some minutes in in the last two games!

To the contrary, there is a major benefit to get him on the field and back in playing form before the season's most important match against BM.
Let's hope they're not rushing him back. Leipzig has already lined the #3 spot anyway, but I can see them wanting him back for the Pokal final. I wouldn't be surprised if he plays 20, but I'm not sure it's not premature.
The normal recovery for an adductor injury is longer than this. So either it was a very slight injury, or they're rushing him back.
The standard for a groin injury based on adductor tear (avulsion) is six weeks, plus two to regain match form. Tyler had six weeks until last weekend, so this week is his first to gain match form. The only reason he may play is if they want him for the Pokal game.
Do you know anything confirmed about an avulsion relating to his abductor injury? Adams fully cleared on or before the 12th? I bet money he plays minutes in the cup final.
It's the only one that matches his time out so far. Had it been a strain, he'd have been back after 21 days. Had it been a full tear, he'd have had surgery right away. 46 days out, no surgery, means it must be an avulsion (partial tear).
Every muscle strain involves a certain degree of muscle tear and there are defined degrees of severity. An avulsion isn't a type or degree of muscle strain, it's a very specific type of bone fracture. People have been trying to get word of the severity of the injury for six weeks and the only thing that was ever confirmed in public was an abductor injury. His recovery timeline gives us a good idea of the severity of the strain, but an avulsion is a very specific thing.
According to the googles, 3 to 6 weeks for this injury. RB Leipzig probably just googled it and figured it's been about 6 weeks now, so let's get the kid back to practicing! If the club doctors got lucky, they would stumble upon this thread and realize they should be more cautious and not rush him back. We can only hope!
Wow, your argument is that he must have a certain injury because he’s been out for a certain amount of time, yet that time is too short for that specific injury, so they’re rushing him back. OK.
