Same thing happened to Fluminense. They even got scored on. Luckily for them, they found a goal and got a draw, but deserved more.
And i know this Corinthians is overrated by globo but that flamengo win was really nice. I agree with the commentator on the game that diego was the difference
As long as we are still in the Libs, I could care less about the Copa. But winning vs Corinthians on the road is always sweet.
DUELO RUBRO-NEGRO! Essas são as prováveis escalações de @AthleticoPR e @Flamengo para o jogo de hoje, pela Copa do Brasil. Mudaria alguma peça? pic.twitter.com/LumKyaYaAs— SportsCenter Brasil (@SportsCenterBR) July 10, 2019 Looks like JJ put Arao on the bench. The lineup looks a bit suicidal for a road game. Will be curious to see how it plays out.
on this plastic pitch for sure. i want to see more of vitinho but at the expense of the most consistent player everton ribeiro?? too risky for me. Not sold on Rafinha coming in and instantly balling out like fla fans expect either. You knew he was going with diego b4 this, the shock of that has died down for me but its suicidal like you said.
"Complicado de jogar com o árbitro marcando tudo para eles e nada para nós. Aqui é difícil jogar, a gente joga contra um a mais. É sacanagem. Jogar assim é foda - Paolo Guerrero I had it on in the background, it didn't look too lopsided but i understand the frustration. Palmeiras fouls all game , every game.
Im pretty sure it's just sour grapes and frustration. Palmeiras volantes/ back 4 are insanely well drilled and physical.
Based off the Copa America and the use in Brazilian club competition, the VAR has done more harm than good IMO.
