If you think about it, Auba missing a sitter to win sole possession of the golden boot after scoring 2 more difficult chances sums up the last few months of Arsenal pretty well.
Not surprising. We actually have some of the ball when Özil plays. In all seriousness, this is representative of the problem with Emery. There’s no evidence that the things he does to make us more secure work in any way.
Interesting. I only watched highlights after getting back from my son's tournament so I didn't listen to the announcer.
Should be mins played or least amount of penalties taken The hell do assists have to do with goals scored?
It may be a simple case of Arsenal having more possession when me Ozil is in the team, i.e. per the old cliche, the best defense is a good offense. Edit: I see Tonerl bear me to it
Would love to see that adjusted for which opponents he faced. Wasn't he left out for much of that long undefeated streak?
Just watched the replay. Considering the team's form.in the PL of late that was a decent showing. Finishing with a win is certainly never a bad thing, and that they played with a bit of confidence and verve is good since they've one more match to play. Could spend the day thinking what could've been, but still stuff to look toward in the future.
