he started 9 games in the first half of the 14/15 season and missed the whole second half to an injury he suffered in concacaf qualifying/championship. He was benched the next season after nor resigning. The coach suggested later that he should have played him more.
Didn't get this part right; The out of favour Bournemouth midfielder, who has spent the second half of this season loaned to Hibernian, was one of the last players signed by the former banker at Ibrox and scored twice in four games for him.

He could be of use now that they're back in the Championship. Also, Yanks have a rep as not-terrible lifers there.
why does he keep looking at Scotland or Championship? I'm sure he'd do far better in a league like Portugal or France.
France seems to be rather physical with a premium on individual athleticism. I'm not sure about the physicality in Portugal but I'd wager tactically he would be at sea.
They're losing 3-1 and this game is completely irrelevant. Why not give Emo a chance to get a pic playing in the EPL for his mom?
If they manage the tie, Emo will be the Yank who suited up for the highest ranked EPL club, surpassing Yedlin by a point.
Brutal. No minutes today. A horrendous 2nd half of the season for Hyndman, just brutal in his development and an incredibly important time. Last 3 seasons: - first half with reserves, 2nd half was a good loan with rangers. - zip, nothing with Bournemouth. Got 60 minutes on final day. Total waste. - good loan to Hibs, then pulled back and got nothing for 4 months. I get that he may not be good enough but an incredible waste of 3 years. 3 seasons: started 31 games in all competitions. Just not enough during his 20-23 year old window. Just don’t understand why Bournemouth haven’t loaned him more....or played him more. Total waste of time with Bournemouth.
Yep, the last three years have been rough outside the loan to Rangers. That being said, he has still improved significantly since he left Fulham and shown he approaches the game as a professional. I could see Fulham trying to extend his contract, mostly with an eye to sell him. It was fun watching him last preseason and will forward to doing the same in a few months. I have cut my expectations for his career, but if he could find a good situation, his career could take off. Unfortunately, he is still talented enough to be in our national team pool. Fortunately, if he doesnt step up his game, that won't be true in a couple of years. I am a usmnt fan first so don't have a ton of interest in him if he can't play at the highest level... which is where we need to get to and becoming more likely over the next 5+ years.
