and just like that, it seems, they are up to 10th in the table and 13 points clear of the relegation playoff spot
Correction... Not in the 18 for a 2-1 win: Ein paar Änderungen in unserer Start1⃣1⃣ für die Partie gegen @sv98!#SGFD98 #kleeblatt pic.twitter.com/jWqxyi02jN— SPVGG GREUTHER FÜRTH (@kleeblattfuerth) April 7, 2019
That’s pretty astute to note. Last time they tied Green scored goal. Guess they should go for the win every game and leave him off the 18!
Green played 81 minutes today in a 3-2 loss to Bochum. The winner occurred in the 90th minute after had been subbed out.

Green played 90 minutes and the match finished 1-1. It was a bad match for Union Berlin to fail to win, as they needed 3 points for the closing stages of the 2. Bundesliga promotion fight.
One of the best games by Julian. Shame they only got a point out of it. BTW, he's playing in the hole behind the strikers as a 10. He may be the closest guy to a classic 10 we got, playing at a decent level.
Glad to see the refs finally card an opponent for a dangerous take down of Green at 1:02. At 1:09 Julian in full flow with a nice long shot negated by a great finger tim save by the GK!

Guess Koln wanted to go up as champions and lock that down ASAP. 4-0 in the 70th minute, was 3-0 at halftime.

Green back to his semi-anonymous usual form, and Fürth needs to buy a striker because that guy Steininger is useless, five goals in three 2.BuLi seasons is not a good resume. Glad for the Goats, the Müngersdorfer was missed.
Wooten's the 2.Bundesliga player that we should be taking notice of (and, soon to be Soto), not Julian.
But, Mrs. Wooten, you surely do not expect us to discuss your son in Herr Green's thread, now, do you?
Green starts and gets on the scoresheet with a diving header on a back post run. 1-1 at halftime against Aue. Since it looks like the 2. Bundesliga did grant him that one goal last month (that could have been a keeper OG), Green is now on 4 goals for the season.
ended tied btw. Julian Green scored his fourth goal of the season which helped Greuther Furth avoid relegation. https://t.co/ceRrW5FWBP— SBI Soccer (@SBISoccer) May 12, 2019
For those of us who have participated in the Kicker US player ratings discussions, Green's last match is a typical data point. Sofascore gave Green a 7.6 (MOTM), Whoscored gave him a 7.5, 2nd highest rated for the match. The Kicker rater gave Green a 4.0. Remember that a 3.5 is the average rating on Kicker and 6. is absolutely garbage. In a match where the objective services rated Green as one of the best players Kicker rated him below average. Tells you all you need to know.
He also has had 3 goals and assist (and a stupid YC/RC) in his last 10 games. While it's an uninspiring B2 team, Green had a pretty decent end to his season, aside from the crappy Koln and Hamburg games.
