Lots of fall out from the states.
Lisca fired and i am torn what they should do. He worked 2 miracles to save them and his two best players really haven't been fit especially quixada. Rested starters in nordeste to focus on Corinthians and fortaleza, ended up losing everything. Most ceara fans want him to stay....

Valentim fired. I think he is overrated but timing is bad.

Baurberi - fired, got woodshedded by atletico goianense but seemed harsh

Rogerio being chased by CAM. Does he stay with fortaleza ??? Will they add to the squad if he stays???

Valentim getting fired is a joke. Did Vasco’s front office really think they should have won that final? Valentim shouldn’t have been hired in the first place, but Vasco’s FO is lost.

I want Rogério to stay at Fortaleza. I’m really curious to see what kind of damage they can do.

    Agree on Lisca.

Not brasileirao but Jorge with a dagger to vasco. Great goal.

Still have questions about sampiaoli. First goal conceded this match is going to happen all year .

Am i the only one who doesn't view Dudu as a craque??? And also I understand why Globo has Marquinhos Gabriel not at Joga Muito but if we are judging by this year, he is the reason Cruzeiro is blowing people out.

He makes enough of a difference here where I can see why people get carried away and call him a craque, but he's nothing more than an average player or squad player on an above average European side. He's kind of like Luan.

Yep. He is a craque by the standards we have left in Brazil. Like Luan.

Favorites based on roster: Palmeiras, Cheirinho, Gremio, Cruzeiro.

Unfortunately you have to consider Corinthians a threat with Carille. São Paulo are improved and might bother the top 4. These 2 don't have to think about Libertaores. Inter has also been doing pretty well.

Santos probably not deep/good enough to keep playing Sampaoli ball consistently. Top 6 would be good for them.

Unfortunate that São Paulo didn't win the state title. But with these younger players giving it their all, São Paulo is looking like it has a chance to make some noise in this 2019 league tournament. This despite of, not because of, senior management.

Well, technically it was EI (you probably know that). And they do CL games in Brazil so they are not green. I only caught the 2nd half. Seemed fine to me but I am not one to pay much attention to the coverage itself. I focus more on the game. It takes a lot to annoy me.

What do you think of this whole battle between Globo and Palmeiras ? I know you’re on the benefitting end of this deal . But do you agree with how globo is dishing out money ? @Mengão86

Unfortunately, I think Palmeiras will eventually give in. Even though it would hurt Flamengo and Corinthians, I think the whole individual rights for TV, PPV, video games, etc. is ridiculous. There are no other top leagues in the world that have the same issue. Everything is done through the league and the revenue is shared amongst the clubs. In order for the league to grow stronger, something similar will need to happen. There are other avenues in which Fla and Corinthians could find higher revenue streams based off their fan base size.

I don't think Globo is to blame. They are looking out for their best interest -- i.e. more viewership for Fla and Corinthians games = more $$$. If CBF was more organized, we wouldn't have this mess.

I agree. I can’t even blame Globo because once the clubs started dealing directly for their deals, Flamengo and Corinthians can demand whatever they want. They have options if Globo doesn’t want to pay. If they were dealing with CBF , what are they going to do ? Play In another league ? But CBF just wants to be a shell and sell it’s name.

Palmeiras isn’t being correct either , they just want to be on top with Flamengo and Corinthians without the mass support. Not sure how the PPV numbers look , but obviously our fan base is not as big. Then they sign with Ei and expect Globo to pay the same or more. That doesn’t work. Exclusivity is a big deal.

I agree that Flamengo and Corinthians and the other bigger teams don’t need extra help from TV deals. They need to figure out additional revenue streams on their own. It would suck to have a deal like La Liga where RM and Barca get have the revenue.

What are clubs like botafogo, santos , and vasco getting ??? The individual rights is retarded, no doubt.
