My advice is better. Ajax has a Mexican and a French defender on the radar that will cost much and are internationals. No way, if Kik signs for Ajax, is he going to get into the team. Staying or being bought by Ajax and then being loaned back to H'veen is a very bad idea. He's going to regress by staying in this incapable defense with in front of him a aging midfield. Nope, his best bet now is a move to Feyenoord.

Ajax usually have a Left Footed CB on the Left and a Right Footed CB on the Right. So Pierre would be competing with Blind for the LCB role(and Blind might be used in midfield more next season). Todibo or Alvarez would be competing with Magallan and Schuurs for the RCB role.
It would mean he again gets shifted out of his favourite and best suited position. With Jaap Stam at Feyenoord he will be deployed on the best place for him.

With Ajax it is a club where the top sides in Europe are always watching. Like even if he joins and ends up watching Blind every match might not be the end for him. Maxmillian Wober lost his spot to Blind and was signed by Sevilla in January, Kenny Tete lost his spot to Veltman ended up at Lyon. Playing for Ajax gives him a bigger platform than any other side in Holland.
De ligt was tutored by Jaap Stam in Young Ajax and ended in the first team at the age of 17. That's a fact. Kik could have the same tutoring from Jaap Stam at Feyenoord with first team play on his preferred position. A big missed opportunity to get the same push in the back as de Ligt had from Jaap. Now he's in a selection without that outstanding defensive coaching with competitors coming in that are national team players (France and Mexico). I willnot call it an EPB like move, because it is still a move to an outstanding club, but from development pov he missed the chance to be nurtured like de Ligt was by Jaap Stam.
Maybe a surprise to you, but all big clubs are watching even the lowest clubs in the Eredivisie, as recently the president of Barcelona said in an interview (donot ask me for a link as I can't remeber where I read it). He stated they scout even the relegation fighting clubs. And he's not the only one. The transfers from low flying clubs to CL playing teams show that it's not a fairy tale. Just look at the transfer of Philippe Sandler from PEC Zwolle to ManCity. I first thought it to be one of those signings of players on the cheap to be loaned out and sold on for some profit, but to my surprise he's training with the first team and already had some matches played.
All you learn from Stamm these days is to get carded... lol. Reality is, Kik is gonna have to step up his game if he wants "big club" minutes. He's young. He'll either rise to it or he won't.
His two appearances with the first team were cup matches where they were blowing out lower league opposition. More than likely it was one of the weird signings City makes you know like Erik Palmer Brown. I doubt John Stones feels Philippe Sandler breathing down his neck yet. And it is not impossible for players as smaller Eredivisie clubs to get noticed by the top clubs it is just more difficult. Someone like Hakim Ziyech has not really been noticed by bigger clubs until he joined Ajax. Virgil Van Dijk was not really getting noticed by top clubs playing for Groningen so he ended up at Celtic. And I doubt Frenkie De Jong goes for 90 million to Barca if he was still at Willem this whole time. A similar player to Kik Pierie in Rick Van Drongelen ended up at Hamburg. And it looks like the other club who was in for Kik Pierie was Southampton.
