Since he wasn’t registered with NYRB (I think technically registration is with the MLS entity) in 2019, he should be able to transfer out in the summer if they wanted to.

Why would Tyler want to leave at this point?

I concur. It's good for his ego to have this kinda interest after only 2.5 months of playing, but he needs to remain at the club. They're in the CL (for the Fall) so that's a great thing.

Red Bull also might make him interested if they are offered a wild amount of money

Another season of playing like this and he’ll break Pulisic transfer record.

to me ...the way he's effortlessly waltzed into the bundesliga and had such a dramatic impact on his team's perfomance from the dmid spot......and his coach has said his biggest regret of the season is not bringing in Adams from the start (and they are in the Champions League regardless!).....it's almost too low of a level for him....it should've been much harder than it has been.

he's top-10-club-in-the-world-good RIGHT NOW...why wait? Since he's been starting for RB L he has the highest whoscored in the bundesliga if i'm not mistaken....thats insane.

If you are one of those big clubs ...you get that type of player NOW.

to me its not about what tyler would want...its about a huge club offering money RB can't refuse, imo. If that happens, there's really not much thinking to do.....

Who, in the world, needs a versatile deep lying midfielder, young and tenacious with massive upside, right now? Serious question. Is there a club that could use him right now, not develop and not ride the bench in hopes of an injury. Right now. If no one, then stay put and expand on the body of work that you have started. They will come. I am sure they are looking and I am sure he will continue to expand. Lead RBL to some glory and ride that wave. Right now, RBL reminds me of Athletico Madrid. They are #3 and trying really hard.

Probably Spector. He played for ManU when he was 18.

That’s correct but if he’s consistent enough to dominate the midfield in the way he has so far. And doing it consistently is really quite difficult. Then you have to wonder if a Naby Keita or Fred like transfer at 60 million pounds is possible.

I dont think its a coincidence that the last two games that Adams hasnt played RB has given up 3 goals. In the previous 10 that he did play they gave up 2 goals and the one Hoffenheim scored was before he was on the field. The guy is having an incredible impact so quickly.

Since hes dominating for a Champions League team in the midfield Red Bull should move him to right back....

I think you're looking for the internet's worst place to discuss US soccer. It's not here by the way.

I already had to tolerate Dempsey at Spurs. I can't do that again.

No way Levy spends that kind of money, so I think you're safe.

Is Tyler's presence in the midfield missed? What do you think now?

Winks probably does not agree. I like Winks and will start him over Adams. If you are talking about building depth, then!

Absolutely! Have you watched the games? They were outplayed in the midfield for the vast majority of the game. They were sliced to pieces in the midfield. The winning goal was on (IMO) a terrible handball call. They could have easily LOST by 2 if Leverkusen had any finishing boots.

It's not in the MLS, err US men's board either. Bias gets in the way in both.

You can always start your own web site. That's how many of the best started: people who felt they didn't belong anywhere else went for it.

Sadly we're getting to the point where saying anything positive about MLS gets you on the ignore list of half of the posters here, and saying anything positive about the Yanks in Europe gets you on the ignore list of the other half.

Hey, it's becoming a reflection of the US-related political forums across the web.

The US Mens boards are hella toxic. Every where else seems fine.
