Only saw the highlights but he looked lively. Hopefully we'll see him start the next game as well.

Should have had 2 goals, that point blank header inside the 6 yard box was well saved by De Gea.

Disgrace combo: Muto didn't win the match with his score and Mourinho at the end won the match.

He is injured and was limping all the way to the tunnel.

Let's hope his injury is not serious.

It's pity that he is getting injured at least twice per season and forced to be sidelined for weeks.

Muto is bad tonight, came on in the mid 70's minutes.
Terrible on defensive end, not pressing/running and his teammates don't know what he's doing either.

That sucks, and doesn't sound like him. I thought pressing/running was his strong point. Do you think it was tactics by the manager trying to play him in a different manner?

Curse? The recent examples aren't that bad. One won the league title as a regular starter and the other is the only Asian CB who made more than 150 starts for a top league team.

He seems pretty lost. Time he has spent in Newcastle, I thought he would lift some weights and at least get stronger. He just does not seem like a Premier League material.

Yes he’s lost but that has nothing to do with him not lifting enough weights. I don’t know where you’re getting that from. Do a Google images search. The guy is ripped.

Good. Wonder if they see him as a starter. At least trying to. hehe.

I think they are seeing him as a squad player, not a a starter, unless he manages to prove them wrong.

And the commentator says Muto deserves this goal, "he's the most prominent FW of the game due to his good movements into space, his positioning..."

    It's encouraging.
    Unfortunately, Muto is terribly irregular.
The kind of player who scores 7 goals/season, including two hat-tricks...
