No they take ten. You give 100$ you get 90 cuc. I’m not sure what the euro to dollar rate is right now but say it’s 1.20 then if you gave 100 euros you’d get 120 cuc with a small fee of like a dollar maybe. Since Cuba is cut off from the world financial system it’s the only way to get dollars.
Sorry, I read those three posts, above, as saying there's a 10% surcharge PLUS another 10% piece of the American pie. If it's only a 10% skim, that's not too bad.
It’s a 10% surcharge if you’re exchanging US dollars. Any other currency isn’t subject to that. (And you’ll need cash because US credit cards won’t work in Cuba.) I actually took Euros with me to avoid the surcharge.

10/15 is Canada v. USA Also, reading Canada and Cuba that many times in sequence makes them both look misspelled.
Whoops, way too much repetition got me... Reposting League A Group A: League A Group A: 9/7: Canada v. Cuba 9/10: Cuba v. Canada 10/11: USA v. Cuba 10/15: Canada v. USA 11/15: USA v. Canada 11/19: Cuba v. USA
If a team other than the US wins the Gold Cup, are they doing a Championship game again? I can't find that info anywhere. I noticed that Mexico and Costa Rica and the USA are free in September.
Can't see why they would bother. The game was only for deciding the Confederations Cup representative and that tournament no longer exists.
Of course if Mexico wins this summer, the thought of a sold out Rose Bowl with the $$$ going to CONCACAF could be enticing. Not like the CONCACAF Cup really had a reason to exist in the first place if we're honest about it.
But see, that's the top-end benefit of this Nations League for Concacaf. Pesky Jamaica getting in the way of your dream Gold Cup Final? No worries - just have more finals through the CNL and you'll get your USA-Mexico showdown one way or another. Besides, there's no space to schedule a Concacaf Cup: both the US and Mexico are booked for the rest of this year, b/w the September friendlies and CNL group stage maches later on.
That was my point, does the US or Mexico have anything scheduled for September? They will probably schedule each other unless the USSF wants to try and go to Europe and schedule non-UNL involved teams.
Thanks for getting me to look it up Nothing set in stone for the US, while Mexico will be playing in San Antonio against an opponent TBA on September 10.
Is it safe to assume The Canada game will be at BMO? I've been wanting to go to Toronto for awhile and I might try to plan it around that game
They played French Guiana in Vancouver in March. BMO is the most likely, but I wouldn't book your trip yet.
Could be Montreal, I hope it is. BMO is the home stadium for Altidore and Bradley after all. Lots of fans are hoping that Toronto gets Cuba & Montreal gets USA
Wikipedia is saying our home games will be at Banc of California Stadium in LA for Cuba and Busch Stadium for Canada, not sure where that information is from. I would think the Canada game would be in the southeast for travel reasons
A crucial #CNL showdown v Cuba? ✅The first competitive match against USA on home soil in 22 years? ✅John Herdman sets the scene for the return of CONCACAF Nations League to BMO Field in Autumn 2019. pic.twitter.com/exSutqX6UJ— Canada Soccer (@CanadaSoccerEN) June 14, 2019 So looks like BMO will be the home site for Canada's two CNL matches
If I wasn't taking two weeks off from work at the end of September I'd go to this in a heartbeat. Take Porter Airlines and you can pretty much walk to the stadium from the airport.
looks like UEFA is considering changing their NL in that instead of groups of 3 it will become 4 in Group A, doing so will further eliminate friendly games. All which will make it harder for USA to get friendlies vs UEFA teams.
