And yet LSW has been named best 11/best player of the week several times for the past few months. Your hatred towards LSW is pretty absurd. Do you even watch his games? I bet you dont. Never said LSW is the best option we have atm. Friendlies are friendlies. Not a bad idea at all to test these players if we r really preparing for the next WC. I also just wanna see how well the kids who grew up in Spain play together on the field, which I bet everyone here wanted to see someday.

this is random but out of all the other countries my opinion is united states feels like france... i hope these american football intellectuals don't act so CRUEL towards anyone who is pro soccer... afterall this is a free country and i wanted to share my opinion as a sports fan
Lol, several times? Once in the best eleven and once chosen as the best player of the week. Overall he's been average in Serie B. Not saying he shouldn't be picked since our other options in Asia are even worse lol.
He's been getting praised as the most effective player in the team. As you said, there's no reason to not pick this guy when we dont have other options. Your logic is so flawed that I dont know what to say.
He's been ok. There's no 'effective' player at Hellas. A couple of sparks from Lee, Matos, and Henderson, but if you HAD to choose the most effective player it would be Pazzini hands down, no other player come even close. Maybe Bianchetti in defence.
i believe the local press whines about Lee SW being more of "luxury" type of player atm. his lows and highs are too frequent in each game... anyways, he still seems to be the main "creator".. sort of, while moving the ball forward (but not as effective in the box)
He's the top youngster at Bayern and has offers from Mainz and Augsburg. Last time I checked that's better than playng midtable Serie B.
He's been getting praised as the only effective creator in the team by the local press and that's actually true sadly, regardless of how good/bad LSW is.
Agreed with him being the most creative one. He's definitely the creative player, or as @takeuchi put it, a luxury player for the team. But I would not say he's the most effective, given that you would not rely on him day in day out like you would for Pazzini (despite being so old) or Biancheti (for this half of the season).
from the games I have watched, he is much better on the left compared to right.. where he is asked to be more of classic winger who whips in crosses from the flank. in general, Lee SW rely on quick short passing while Verona.. tactically, seem to favor releasing Pazzini (or whomever is playing CF) as quickly as possibly through long balls (if you notice, majority of Verona goals are scrappy). in that sense, Lee SW is .. more or less, a luxury player but he does tend to create most chances in the box. my one huge issue with Lee SW atm... his inability to score. he never had a strong shot .. and relied on calmness + placement as youth player but so far, he tends to F up whenever he has a chance to score (either shooting too quickly or just.. missing the ball entirely. the pressure to score seems to be getting to him).
