Bazoer showed up very late for a team meeting at Porto and is now relegated to the reserve team. I don't know if he will ever have a career at a top team.

If there's one thing coaches hate it's players showing up late for meetings or training

Ghazi and Bazoer should top nominees

I think compared to Riedewald and El Ghazi, tete and Bazoer have had decent opportunities at Wolfburg and Lyon respectively but failed to nail down spot in starting lineup. Riedewald was the most unfortunate one following FDB to Crystal Palace. Anwar El Ghazi also has been unlucky with injuries and when he came back there was a big crisis at lille. His loan move to aston villa also saw too coaches change hands, whom he featured very little under both and until last few weeks their new coach (third) gave him the opportunity vs Nottingham forest in the second half.he was a instant game changer, scored the fifth goal and the match end in 5-5 .the following week he started and played full 90. He didnt score but had a good impact througout the game.once he finds a good stability and plays week in and week out, he will get back to his best.

el Ghazi was never fast enough to play on the wing and IMO would have been better as a striker. He's probably best suited to an up front player in a 4-4-2 but that formation is falling out of favor.

If im not wrong you have said this quiet often. If you look at van persie when he started on the wing for NT, I dont think he was any different to what el ghazi is now. Im taking about the speed factor only here. you also look at Players like Thomas Muller, Dirk Kyut, they are not traditional wingers either or were in Kuyts case but yet they are / were highly competent.

Like I said once El ghazi finds that stability in any team, starts playing week in and week out like when he was Ajax, he will rise again.

If I remember correctly he did play few games as striker at Lille but he never looked comfortable enough compared to while on the wing. He starts drifting towards the flank leaving the middle empty which promptly should be where the striker should be operating. He is still 23 so I guess he still has time to salavage his career.

I always liked el Ghazi as he always worked very hard. I'm just not convinced that he has the talent to play at the highest level.

(Tuttomercato)

Bruma and Depay are decent players it's not their fault they were hyped up so unrealistically, not many players turn out to be John Terry or Arjen Robben, Maher I don't know but if you're listing those two then Kalou was underwhelming also . Anybody else remember Quincy Owusu? Awful player.

Leading candidate for the "Freddy Adu" award, Royston Drenthe, has sealed promotion to the Eredivisie with Sparta Rotterdam.

If he signs a new deal the 32-year-old could be playing in the Eredivisie for the first time since leaving Feyenoord for Real Madrid in 2007.

Watch out, world... massive come back in the making :p

Locadia gets my vote for the 2019 Freddy Adu award. He's now no longer playing in Europe, and has been loaned out to Cincinatti in the MLS out of all places

  23. Yup, that's the place for retiring players. He quits real competition for a fake competition. When one sees they havenot got home/away matches, but schedule matches without any recource to keep competition real and fair. Imagine we would have that shit league's set up and the in the title race Feyenoord only plays away at PSC, Ajax and AZ. Guess what the reactions would be from Feyenoord supporters concerning the fairness of the chances of Feyenoord to bevome champions. Or Ajax, if these were in those circumstances. Just take away matches, for which the top three each have a different bogy team. That mls shit league shows it's a fake competition as there's no regard to things I just highlighted. It's just an entertainment fake reality soccer show.
Locadia bursts to spot one of the Adu trophee.

If he flops at Cincinnati too he'll be shoe-in for the 2020 award as well
