Looks like he’s playing CM, despite showing as a part of a two man forward online.

 

Extremely sloppy unforced turnover by Bentaleb in midfield. Can't do that against Bayern; 1-0 in the 12th minute.

One of the announcers was talking about Wes and said he doesn't think Schalke is the best club for him.

McKennie assist, Kutucu goal! Bentaleb to McKennie, who plays a simple but terrific throughball, Kutucu takes one touch to set himself up on the run, and bangs it far post.

Kutucu looks like a Bundesliga veteran. Wright looked like an injury replacement.

 

McKennie does what McKennie does, wins a header from a free kick that's cleared off the line. He almost gets on the end of the ensuing corner.

Woah, nice header by Wes in the middle of 3 BM players, may have been going wide across the face of the goal, but still, looks like Schalke are looking to play into McKennie's head.

I was thinking the same thing. Tedesco doesnt utilize him correctly, imo.
