'93 who was born in Brooklyn and grew up in Florida. He's played 461 minutes so far this season with one assist. Appears to be a wide midfielder.
He was on the USL Super-Y League Select team in 2008. I have no clue what the criteria for inclusion are, but I recognize Cody Cropper's name on the list. Bastidas was listed with a youth club called Sunrise SC. In 2010, he was playing HS soccer for Hollywood Hills. According to Transfermarkt, he spent time with Bella Vista, a club in Uruguay's second tier. On Wikipedia, he's listed as Colombian on River Plate's roster. So perhaps he's a US/COL dual national?

Tulsa terminated his contract after Atiba Harris accused him of dropping n-bombs in yesterday's match against OKC Energy. I'm told that in light of last night's instance of racial abuse directed at OKC Energy FC midfielder Atiba Harris, the Tulsa Roughnecks have terminated the contract of the player involved, identified as Fabian Bastidas. Story to follow. #USL #ForCityAndClub #OKC #RoughnecksFC— Jeff Carlisle (@JeffreyCarlisle) April 28, 2019
He's returning to Tulsa. His coach has some quotes about the signing that some people may find interesting in the context of the times -- certainly, at least, this is no boilerplate signing announcement. https://www.uslchampionship.com/news_article/show/1112620
