not sure what's more funny? constant own goal Sule or PK giveaway Kehrer, lol.

but that rating is only low because of the PK giveaway.

Gerhardt, Kruse, Kimmich and Reus among the Bundesliga.com player of December 2018 nominees. Surprised to see Gerhardt:

    Yannick Gerhardt (24, DF, Wolfsburg)

Under Wolfsburg coach Bruno Labbadia, Yannick Gerhardt has finally found his position on the pitch. The versatile left-footer had in the past been shunted between left-back, defensive midfield and an attacking wing-back role, without really becoming a permanent fixture. This season, however, he has almost always played in the number eight position – and has paid back Labbadia’s faith in him in the process.

Gerhardt didn’t miss a minute of action in December, and he was ususally one of his team’s top players. In the 3-2 win in Augsburg on Matchday 17, the Cologne midfielder even got the winning goal – his first in 2018. For Wolfsburg, who in each of the past two seasons had only just avoided relegation, it was a third victory in a row. The Wolves went into the winter break fifth in the table, and Gerhardt is optimistic that their strong form can continue. “We want to do as well as possible. If in the end a European place is within reach, then why not?”

Robin Gosens linked with a potential summer move to Dortmund

The back and forth Weigl transfer saga continues. French sources report that negotiations are on again

also looks like Reinhold Yabo moves to 2BL as his Austrian adventure ends. Walke the Salzburg GK's should also be done with RB Salzburg soon.

    Robert Huth retires.

and to think this guy never played pro in Germany, His last time playing in Germany was for the Union Berlin U17 back in 2000-2001. Then he joined the Chelsea U18 to then kickstart his EPL career.

although he won the EPL with Chelsea twice, the real highlight of his career was being a cornerstone in Leicester City's shock EPL win back in 2015-2016 season.

as for NT outside of 2005-2006 he was irrelevant.

Schurrle scores his 6th goal of the season. What a cracker, feels like most of his goals this season were long distance.

It’s not long distance this one. Maybe 18 yards

come on, we are talking about players's personal desire no need to question that. You make it seem like Low is bringing him up or someone brought him up in the reboot thread.

Niklas Stark was also linked during the season with a move to a bigger club mostly due to wanting to play for Germany NT.

it's only natural that players want this.

What do you guys think? A couple of years ago Weigl was a promising DM with NT potential and now he's a BVB benchwarmer. Unless he gets significant playing time to advance his career he should leave BVB as soon as possible. Is this a correct assessment?
