Of course, KCH is our best offensive player after SHM. But he will stick to NTH.

Nah, he can't be that dumb. He's made some questionable decisions, but I have faith that Kwon is good enough to differentiate himself. Kwon vs. LCY/HHC/LJS is a way bigger difference from JHW vs. KSG imo.

It would be like not playing Cavani at Uruguay. We only have so many quality players.

Really hard to say. This is the guy who would be benching KMJ and starting JHS if he had the choice.

well first of all, options are limited: https://sports.news.naver.com/kfootball/news/read.nhn?oid=529&aid=0000030278

secondly, the problem wasn't in the strikers, we just didn't have a good play maker. i don't think LSW is the guy to create chances for others. if you saw the match, almost all our attack was on or from the flanks, because we don't have someone whos gonna control the ball and distribute from the center. YES i agree we should've fielded him for the second half or last 20 min but i don't think bringing him on would've changed the score line that much.

we did just fine without him against costa rica and chile. why is it that we looked so bad against saudi all of a sudden? it's the players more than the tactics imo.

It seems we will meet you in QF again, it must be a payback time for AC 2011.:sneaky:

Once again a classic Iran-S.Korea AC QF in making.

This. People think LSW is a playmaker or something. He's a dribbler with poor finish and physicality.

But to be fair LSW wouldn't have missed that sitter that HHC screwed up. If LSW has a poor finish, what does that make HHC?

If Lunch Box is not stupid, he would go very offensively vs China as if Korea were down 0-1 in the knock out stage of WC. A tie or 0-10 loss makes no difference except the FIFA ranking, one or two places at maximum even there.

The only exception will occur if both Iran and Japan stumble and are headed toward 2nd places. That will be nice and Lunch Box will gladly take the second place by tying China.

This is the guy who scored against Uruguay and Argentina in the World Cup and he misses an absolute sitter against Krigistan.
