Both teams were equally bad, what more do you need? our players were heavy footed as fcuk, and it's one god damn friendly out of the 7 we've played last year. You really gonna cry about one fcuking mediocre performance? I wouldn't have replied if we've been playing like shit up until till now, but that ain't the case bruh. Go get some fresh air.

I was on line for a bathroom at a great coffee bar yesterday. White hipster girl in front of me is going into the bathroom when she notices her friend is coming out. They small talk for a sec and then the one going in tells one going out to just come in and they both go in together.

It didn't seem like a lesbian thing and it was middle of afternoon. They were in there for a good 15 minutes. I was trying to figure out what was going on when I turned to a dude on line with me and asked for his opinion. He was freaking out bc he was from Saudi Arabia and we had a good laugh. He was pleased with SA's result against Korea and said fans were unhappy with player selection and intimidated by Korea's form and Son.

the more i think about this game, the more i rue over the fact that jhw didn't play

it seemed like the majority of the time, we were much more focused on building play from the back rather than working on our fwd play. Had HHC and HUJ taken their opportunities, there would be a different narrative behind this game altogether

but bc jwy KILLS fwd momentum in a way circa stielike era on top of the fact that we were just heavy footed / lacked urgency / arrived to the stadium <1 hr before kick off, a lot of possession was circulated between our defensive line. I'm curious if Bento wanted to practice this to open up play against afc minnows who will undoubtedly park the bus against us, but if that's the case, why not give that pt / experience to our unquestionable #1? Not like KSG is significantly better at distributing

anyway, i'm over this match. it was just a friendly as a number of you mentioned. hopefully there were some lessons learned here and we move on to the asian cup. If I see that we catch minnows on the break by cycling possession around our back 5 only to bomb fwd when we get the chance, I'll consider this experiment a success
