You should stick to your old strategy of never answering questions. It worked a lot better for you.

Only in a poorly informed mind like yours where slavery = utopia, can someone magically snap their fingers to seamlessly transition from a slavery based economy to one based on innovation all overnight, unicorns and all. You just don't think things through very well, at all. And you're a massive hypocrite.

Says the guy who's been dodging facts for the last 10 pages.

Yeah, lol. You keep doing the same thing over and over because you refuse to increase your self awareness, and that is you keep pointing the finger at everyone else for your own failings.

    Sucks to be you mayte!

So the Dems won't give Trump his $5 billion to build the wall and in turn Trump shuts down the government. I know Trump said Mexico would pay but I doubt that is the reason the Dems are not wanting to give him the lousy $5 billion. What I want to know is when or how will this all end?

Nice spin  you really think men who grew up around parents, uncles, neighbours etc opinion should be discounted? Their character was formed hard because of it. Looking back now, I was only a boy working part time so I didn't understand but I knew these guys were different and I liked there no bs attitude.

They joined the eu in 2004. Shortly after, the first immigrants started to leave and as they settled, they brought family members over. In the coming years a lot of people arrived. Poland has a huge population and outside the cities to this day, it still is quite poor. It's perfectly normal for a small percentage of their population, men with little existing resources to their name to seek a chance to get ahead elsewhere. Them at that time being the first generation to have that opportunity to leave and try elsewhere freely in the single market, they made that sacrifice.

If you didn't speculate and did a quick Google search, you'd read Poland as one of the few countries uneffected by the crash. Of course that had to do with a country catching up from years of having nothing and only joining the EU a few years previously.

Somehow, whether they are shut down or not, I have a feeling the government will always find a way to take money from people.

Check out this clown! First he wants Trump's endorsement then he stabs him in the back as soon as he gets elected. Then you wonder why the Republicans aren't United. Dems may be way off base on many things but at least they are all together and don't have this infighting and criticisms like the GOP does.

I have no arguments with you that industrial farming is not good for you or the animal and all products should be limited. High quality grass feed produce, free range and healthy is like consuming a totally different product but I am aware that isn't viable to feed the the huge world population today. There is a really good youtube channel from your neck of the woods, low carb down under that is filled with great talks by professionals explaining nutrition. Nutrition became an obsession for me after my young aunt got cancer. I did look into veganism but quickly learned it is not for me. I have watched a lot of the videos on that channel and it opened my eyes. Worth looking into if you like.

I'm very familiar with keto/paleo/low-carb diets. I suggest you find a study that proves their effectiveness long-term. Hint: there aren't any.

Vegans tend to be High-carb low fat, low-carbers are our mortal enemies:

Plan is to transition to much more fruit eventually, bit hard atm though b/c I'm on crutches and have to eat whatever the missus serves me.

There's also lots of debates online vegans v low-carb dieters. You should find those interesting. Vegan bodybuilder by name of Vegan Gains hosts debates monthly.

I think there is a big misconception when people hear low carb that it means no carbs. It just means not eating refined and starchy carbs which greatly cuts down the carbs intake, I dont count calories, I found it unsustainable. I just roughly measure out a plate and I will fill about 3/4 of it with leafy greens, spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini etc with some meat cooked in healthy fat. So you still eat a lot of healthy carbs. I eat one or two meals a day usually within 6-8 hours so you have periods of fasting build in to give your system a rest. In the morning, often times I will be in a mild ketosis. Rarely eat breakfast and I dont suffer from hunger pain because my body is addicted to glucose.
I would suggest you at least give the book, eat rich and live long a read. It might totally open your mind you to seeing past what I no. High glucose levels create insulin resistance and this is strongly linked to a host of modern disease because they are mostly metabolic diseases along with constant eating promoted by a money making food industry. Cancer, diabetes, heart disease, alzheimer's which is now called diabetes type 3 because the brain becomes insulin resistance and the brain becomes starved of energy. Some doctors are now helping alzheimer patients by feeding their brains keytones instead of glucose. Very interesting!

Just a couple of examples of good talks. This channel is stacked with info.

Is the human species being alive today not a good enough study to prove its effectiveness long term? Throughout history we ate that way along with periods of fasting in between meals. Any diet that promotes eating regularly and eating high carb counts is not a diet you want to be following if you want longevity.

I eat exactly the same way. I'll eat first meal about 1pm and my second will be eaten sometime before 8pm at the latest and depending on how I feel I might even skip it since I don't experience hunger pains anymore. No grains, no sugar. With that comes no bloating, no afternoon sluggishness, no gas, no mental fogginess. As for how long term sustainable it is? I've been doing it consistently since last March, so I'm approaching a year. All my blood work has gone from pretty shitty to perfect. My results in the gym are miles better than they were before when I was doing the traditional eat 5/6 meals a day to fuel your workout and up your metabolism bullshit. Also dropped all supplements, including protein powder. Don't need it.

Still drink more than I should but it's hard liquor exclusively now.

I do allow for a cheat meal once a week which usually consists of some pasta and red wine. I mean I can't be expected to completely give that up.

Yep, pretty much exactly the same. Once a week on a Saturday or Sunday I make a good breakfast and enjoy it more. Red wine or whiskey/rum straight or neat if I want alcohol but I dont drink a lot anymore.

Good deal. I too eat breakfast on the weekends. The routine I gave earlier was my Monday thru Friday routine. I've looked at some of the carnivore diet stuff and those people seem to be getting good results. I'm not anti but I genuinely like vegetables, especially grilled or roasted, with a good dousing of olive oil. So I can't see myself ever doing the carnivore thing.

I really do need to cut back on the booze, thing is I have a man cave at home and love cigars. I'm a weekend warrior for sure and am capable of consuming large amounts without passing out. I'm mostly a bourbon guy. Depending on the quality of it determines whether I'm drinking it neat or mixing with club soda. So while I should drink less I at least do it at home where I'm not out being an idiot in public. Also my kids are little so I don't get out as much as I used to anyway and my wife and I find more pleasure staying home with them than we do getting babysitting and going out. They're only this little for so long and soon enough they'll be old enough where they won't want to hang with mom and dad anymore.

More information then you want or needed. ;)

Also came off the keto thing this holiday season starting Friday before Christmas and culminating yesterday. First time I've been off since last March. Felt like shite the whole time and slept terrible. Today is the first day back on. Can't wait for it to kick back in.

If living in the U.S. (and Canada) has taught us anything it's that these surveys and polls paraded by the MSM are usually bull***t.

Saying you didn't respond to someone because "it requires too much energy" is a first class cop out friend.

You wrote "you are only interested in strawmanning and are too much of a coward to engage topics on their merits."

WHAT TOPICS? COME AT ME WEASEL

And as for the liberal forums, I really don't remember what the context was but if someone was called a cuck he probably deserved it. And no, I'm not aware of their stupid meme posting rules

Yes u are 100% right.. however.. in Canada (and Europe too i believe).. once the cow becomes sick.. they pump and dump until it is out of their system.

the USA dairy farmers also pump their cows with rBGH to increase production. The milk produced is the shits.

also regarding all this diet talk.... we dont need no self help books or mangiacakes telling us what or what not to eat. Don't forget.. best long term sustainable diet / lifestyle choice is the mediterranean diet.
