I’ve stumbled across a comp of a player I’d actually forgotten about

Hulk is completely and utterly destroying the Chinese league.i literally have never seen a player go to a sub par league and look this dominant
A lot of the chinese defenders are literally bouncing of him (it is almost comical)
Hulk in China looks EL fenomeno 2.0 with less finesse but extremely dominant from a physical perspective
Pundits love to describe player A,B,C as unplayable but that is exactly what he is in China
Beyond a few games for the NT that did not impress me and for Zenit St Petersburg I admit to not following him closely.
Maybe there is a case of him being a unfulfilled talented or maybe the Chinese league is just amateurish which explains everything

In any case I found it a very entertaining watch and I highly recommend it

They make him look like Messi :ROFLMAO:

He was always solid in Portugal and Russia AFAIK. His left footed shot is quality.

@MatthausSammer has Germany gotten even worse after the WC or is it more the opposition and the formation of your current squad?

Well, we're kind of starting from scratch in terms of trying to figure out how we move forward from here. The underperforming veterans of the team have been mostly sidelined in favour of trying to find what young players deserve their spots. The fact that Loew is in charge of this process of retooling after being a big part of the problem does not inspire confidence in me. So yeah, we're just kind of throwing crap at the wall and seeing what sticks right now, while Loew is trying to save his job by playing the young players he thoroughly ignored until this point and then preaching patience and #trusttheprocess.

I saw an article recently by some German guy, don't remember who it was, if he was a journalist or some German football official, putting the blame on Guardiola. Saying he fooled the country into thinking possession football = winning. When in doubt, blame the foreigner :ROFLMAO:

Yeah, that's garbage. High line possession football is like any other style or way to play; you need good personnel that fits the style and you need to execute the style properly and intelligently.

You guys had clear problems defending, but had you finished the many chances that were created, you would have most definitely not gotten knocked out in the group stages.

So Brazilian, and probably other foreign players, playing in Saudi Arabia were forced by the Royal family to post social media messages in support of the Prince and the country after the murder of Jamal Khashoggi.

Yeah, no wonder Carille is getting the fuk out and nobody in the Brazilian media is even questioning why.

Neymar has been the most decisive player of the CL group stage (considering the difficult group his team was in). He was excellent tonight as well in a must-win game. Alisson took Liverpool to the second round with a huge save towards the end against Napoli.

Neymar went home to Brazil early to "rest and relax". Not the first game he misses this season to rest. One weekend he went to Portugal to hang out with Medina. PSG has missed a couple of games due to the protests in France.

Looks like Neymar found quite a "teta" ... plays when he wants while getting paid top dollar. Not that he is missed in Ligue 1 games.

It is funny how the players touch him and fall.

Not a Fred fan by any means, but has he even had a chance to prove his worth? Not to mention, Man Utd has been a bit of a dumpster fire this season with Mourinho. What do you say @benni... ? I never thought he was going to live up to the 59 million price tag, but he also isn't a straight up bum.

Yeah. He hasnt had much time to adjust, let alone prove himself.

Most fans i talk to are very curious to see what he can do under this stress free environment

They should give Andreas P. more minutes IMO. I never rated Fred either but I thought he would do good under mourinho.

I have a feeling if Messi went there in his prime there Would be an epidemic of defenders taking their own lives due to not being able to cope with the absolute humiliation he would inflict on them.
There would be a 2007 getafe goal once a week

I just read on BBC web site that Philipe Coutinho is a "flop" at Barca, and there are rumors he might go to Manchester United! His last goal for Braca was Oct 2018...

Vinicius Jr is looking all right . Although I think he had only played some weak opponents . Needs to develop a shot though .... normal for his age .

For whatever reason o thought he was taller . He looks shorter than he did in Brazil.
