I believe even Bobby has him beat for most goals in the 2 Bundesliga as well. 23 goals/9 assists for Bobby vs 21 goals/3 assists for Connor.

This is one of the worst Bundesliga seasons ever. About half of the teams are rubbish. That Hannover is one of the three worst in that pile of rubbish is quite the accomplishment.

I watched about 20 - 30 mins. Pretty poor game. 96 lost 2-0 The second goal had a bit of Bobby's contribution. He got beat to the endline after a 96 failed to clear. The cross was dropped on a dime, however, and the Hertha striker got a free header from the middle of the goal box. Couldn't have asked for more time or a better ball. Really poor defending.

96 did not have much going forward. Crosses were poor. Had one two chances off balls that dropped into traffic, but nothing to challenging. Good at getting the ball to players wide - often Bobby - but nothing going on in the box.

Tied up on a contested penalty (or so one match tracker suggests) - still no Wood - in the 80s

Came in the last minute of regulation (but ahead of 10 minutes of stoppage time -- thanks to a fireworks/smoke delay).

Looks like we're going to have to keep savoring that Sargent goal as the peak of our season until next year,

Well for Bobby if shows he can score you 5-6 goals in 2000 or so minutes he will be able to justify at least a squad position in the Bundesliga and maintain his current wages for the next half a decade or so.

He's playing Munich tomorrow. Godspeed to him. A goal or an assist would greatly help him and the club.

Wood earns a DNP today, as Hannover loses 0-4 to Bayern.

this was not a thing of beauty. H96, 50+1 are in trouble.

Perhaps fortunate for Wood, but hard to understand.

Wood is one of the more defensively helpful strikers you could put out there, though perhaps not as big a "spear-point" counterattacking threat as he could be (Not that familiar with 96's other choices.)

Result is not a big surprise anyway. If H96 had expected any points from BM this season they also believe in the toothfairy

I think it is pretty clear. Hannover have two more games in the next 7 days, and they are vs Freiburg and Dusseldorf. In other words: they have some chance of wining those games. Today was a no-hoper.

After Hannover goes down, if a third Bundesliga club buys Bobby, he'll have the rare chance to achieve a hat-trick of relegations.

He's starting against Freiburg. It'd be a solid time for a goal.
