It wasn't too bad: about $100 for the shirt, $60 for printing, and about $50 for shipping (excluding my relatives' help). The logistics were more difficult than anything, because I got the kit right after the World Cup and it took a while to find a place that could print every part, including the new black emblem.

If you wanted to do this now, you could probably just ship the blank kit from Keepersport to 축구부닷컴 in Korea where I had it customized, then have them ship the finished kit to you. Just took a while for me to figure it out because I did it on my own.

I also got some other neat KNT memorabilia along with the jersey that I can post if people are interested!

You got the KFA patch stitched there too? What exactly is this place in korea? Can they do the prints of any color? I got some blank kits and will be visiting soon for the holidays would like to get them done.

Yeah, I didn't visit in person, but it's a soccer shop that sells a whole bunch of kits, teamwear and offers printing for replicas. It's in Gimpo, so I shipped my kit to them. There are several places that can customize the player home/away kits, but this is the only one I could find that could print the emblem for the GK kit. I think they can do every color, because someone else posted a photo of the black / purple kit (that JHW wore against Sweden) with the neon green printing.

You have to buy the kit itself from somewhere else, though: it's the Nike Gardien II GK kit.

The KFA emblem is screen printed -- I don't think stitched patches will be available anywhere unless the KFA releases the official keeper kits that you can sometimes find at the Nike Outlet near Paju NFC and the Fantasium at Seoul WC Stadium. The player issue kits all have printed emblems, so it's not a big deal.

My kit collection is nowhere near as good as yours, from what I remember, but I do have some interesting signed pieces.

Lee Seungwoo signed player-issue home kit:

Jo Hyeonwoo signed Adidas Predator training gloves:

Haha thanks, but your collection is no pushover either, in fact it's pretty damn impressive considering you have it autographed as well. Btw, my kits aren't with me currently, so I can't post them up even if I wanted to, plus my KNT collection sort of decreased over the years since I sold and gave away a few, but I am planning to pick more up soon, especially the specific season kits that I am lacking in.

Anyway, this is the only thing I have in my work pc that I can post. My prized 10-12 Korea Home match prepared kit for Lee Young-pyo including his autograph. I posted it before, but the image links are dead unfortunately.

Wow, that's really nice! That 10-12 home kit is still one of the best-looking ones. @taelee1127, your KPA kit collection is great too -- just need to get Lee Kangin's Valencia and Jeong Wooyeong's Bayern kits now :D

I don't live too far from Munich but valencia's 100th anni kit is sold out online so I would have to take a trip to the maestella to grab one this season:D

Thanks, I received it as a birthday gift and the neat thing about it was that it was obtained directly from the KFA(Also have the certificate as well). I have other match worn kits as well, like my 02-04 Argentina Home L/S kit worn by Pochettino, but this is by far one of my most prized kits. But, regarding the 10-12 kits, yeah it's definitely top 2 for me, right behind the 02-04 kits which are my all time personal favorites.

I have a bunch of KNT kits dating back to 2002 and a few club kits starting this year.

I used to have 96-98 and 98-01 kits, but they are no more so my collection starts from 2002 as well. I also have kits from other national teams and club teams, but my entire collection still feels empty/lacking.

I feel the same way. Have knt gear dating back from 02, but have really, really wanted the korea tops from '94 and '96...more '94 tho. imo the rapido tops are UNREAL...

have seen a couple online but the prices are almost obscene

also if I could find an affordable '12 pepsi-swirl away that would also be amazing. atm my favorite knt piece has got to be the volt training top from this year. Takes a bit away to know that the design is merely just a template though

Must be an OCD thing because even after getting the kit I am in need/searching for, I still feel like something is missing from the collection. As I've mentioned before, I only collect player issue + match worn/unworn/prepared kits, so it can be a bit of a pain in the ass to obtain.

Btw, I'm not a fan of the older KNT kits pre-2002, I mean they're absolute classics, but I could never find myself to like them, well maybe except for the 96 pepsi swirl kits.

That '12 away kit has to be the hardest modern kit to find, especially with printing. Even the ones that show up on Korea-based kit communities are either really expensive or heavily used.

It was the total opposite for me, the 12-14 kits were a lot easier to obtain than let's say the 04-06 kits, heck even the 06-08, 08-10 kits are hard to come by, not to mention it took a while to get a hands on the 14-16, 16-18 kits as well. Even the London Olympic version were easier to obtain, but then again I got those when they were selling left over batches like hotcakes. I can share the pain though, I just wish player issued kits weren't as limited as they've always been, but at the same time it's what makes it different in terms of worth of the version.

I'm not a huge collector, but I've learned to always buy the away kit on first release because there are home kits floating around on the web after a whole two cycles but not a single away kit.

This is no lie, I can confirm the Away kits since 2002 are a lot harder to come by, I was told it was due to marketing reasons. The white Away kits are always clean af.

Yea, I delayed purchasing the away kit this cycle because I bought the volt training shirt first, but the aways sold out soon after release I guess, and I still can't find them online. I was able to find a full size run of JNT and KNT home kits at Rebel Sports in October however. Both were on sale for around 40AUD. I almost passed them by thinking they were England kits lol.

They usually sell in a few places, but as @Tagline mentioned, they're pretty pricey due to the rarity and demand.

Living in Australia, I'd have to pay like 40 dollars for the world's slowest shipping.

Yeah I feel your pain man, the rates for international shipping have become ridiculous over the years. I regularly get told by the postal agents to go for a lower shipping rate since it's cheaper when it's really not, plus I have no patience to wait for a whole month or more just for one item to arrive, so I pay for express/priority whether buying or sending.

Man, I'm still pissed about usps though, losing my Bundesliga Hermes Lextra patches that I got in a bundle for a good price, and the only thing they could tell me was "We're very sorry for the inconvenience". Not to mention, they also lost one of my player issued kits upon delivery years before that as well.
