Yeah, that's weird to me too. Not that I'm a hardcore Schalke follower, but I feel like every game I watch, he's been dangerous.

Looks like CP might come in at the 90' min for Sancho to kill off time

Certainly more dangerous than a fullback at forward.

Keeper distribution is not an asset to the 04.

Spud Mckennie doing his best Haji Wright impression...which is no surprise. S04 just can't manufacture any midfield control despite having the park filled with midfielders.

If indeed it is ending, me too. Personally I'd love to see him continue to be a meaningful player on this team. It's fun to watch.

In the season where Dortmund might actually win the Bundesliga, too. Really upsetting. I really hope he stays til the end of the year. You don't get many chances to win a top 4 league.

yeah, Spuds Mckennie. He plays no better than a dog. Just another US player with a great motor and no one at the wheel.

McKinnie is birddogging up there but there's no real pressure. He's getting his cardio though.

He's had 2 straight passes out of bounds too. Too tired to be effective in a position he's not great at anyway.

This is what I saw. Big hole in the midfield that SPuds could have stepped into and distributed the ball, instead he turned around and ran with head down. Then when the ball moved left, he again ran as far away from it as possible.

    AYSO time.

I take it back, it's Schalke's RM - reaction time of a drunk junkie in the dark. Missed a 3rd pass from someone else.

    CP sighting.

TBF Schalke seems concerned about getting beat over the top - with good reason. Dortmund is faster than them. But the high-press without good midfield marking is just a runaround.
