I don't really know him, it looks like a gamble. At least a new face and not Shin Tae Yong, Hwang Sun Hong or Yoon Jung Hwan who would've failed.

And Suwon appoints Lee Im Saeng

His management record isn't good, Jeonbuk is banking off the fact that he was Mourinho's assistant.

I'm excited for this weekend, I'm visiting Korea for 2 weeks and I am gonna go to the Incheon-Jeonnam match on Saturday and the Jeonbuk-Gyeongnam match on Sunday.

What a nonsense Suwon has been doing.
    Enough is enough.
I will keep myself away from the Big Bird next year.

FC Seoul in the relegation playoffs eh..damn.

Kinda wanted to see Sangju, their ugly stadium and their ridiculous "GOAL" announcer (before every set piece) to fk off to K2.

Awful foreigners, old veteran not having their best season and young talents still with so much to learn and improve.

Update: Incheon game was really fun, atmosphere was amazing. apparently triple the usual attendance. Got to see Lee Chun Soo there too, and as much as I don't like seeing Moon Seon Min at times on KNT, he played well and enjoyed his 관제탑 ceremony.

Off to Jeonju in a couple hours for Jeonbuk-Gyeongnam

Might go to the FC Seoul-Busan IPark 2nd leg in Seoul if I can get tickets.

First leg of PO is about to kick off. CYW starts and i think he's the only player i would be sad to see get relegated.

Well CYW scored and FC Seoul is pretty much safe.

I don't know how good Jose Morais but I hope he can really transform this team into something good. A manager that can nurture right players and can employ entertaining football. If not he'll probably be a warm body until Choi Kanghee get's the stick (probably sometimes soon). Look the guy Choi Kanghee is replacing is Paulo Sousa and he has a pretty decent resume. He won the Israeli Premier League and the Swiss Super League with Basel. He also managed Fiorentina as well. I think he would have been a good fit for Jeonbuk.

that was before his stint with Basel and Fiorentina though. Every since he joined la viola, his status is too hight for a club like Jeonbuk.

No disrespect to Jeonbuk of course, but we will never see in S. Korea someone who was the coach of a team in the top league in Europe.

Yeah but if Jeonbuk wants to be the best Asian football team in Asia, they should be able to take a risk and hire someone like him. You get what your money is worth.
If not they can try to take a gamble and try to find a very good manager in Portugal, but I doubt the technical director knows how to search for one.

Not unfortunate but rather good that he did in that very fashion, because he's been stagnating under Hwang Sun-hong, now with Choi Yong-soo back at the helm, he can now be utilized properly.
