they need to play some tough friendlies before the WC to get accustomed to high pressure matches. It was probably good that they had to go through the playoffs as it showed the Lionesses that everything in football is not easy.
You can say that for every team that plays in the WC. In 2010 Spain were lucky to win PK's against Paraguay, and also lucky Casillas toe got in the way. In 2014 Germany were a bit lucky to get by their bogey team (Algeria). Our ladies have the talent to go all the way, plus they will have cutest players in the whole tournament
I think the French WC cities are dying to get the Orange Lionesses in their stadium. They see the sold out stadiums the Orange ladies filled and remember the Orange flood in the WC 1998.
