You have no control over what people do hundreds of miles away. You do have control over your vote, and can persuade your friends and family to vote as well.

Everything else is done. There is nothing you can do. Panic is merely an adrenaline rush to your body telling it to evacuate all heavy fluids so that you can outrun the tiger stalking you. You're going to feel anger, happiness, profound sadness as news snippets come in throughout the course of the day. That's normal. What's not normal is acting on those impulses.

Just breathe. Listen to smooth jazz. Go do yoga this afternoon. Watch this amazing video a bunch.

Proof that a good education doesn't guarantee good taste. If you want to calm down with music then you need to listen to Brian Eno.

Personally though, this one suits me better. I've been up since 4:30 prepping some logistical stuff for turnout here and I'm finally home on my sofa.

I prefer the zen-like serenity of Throbbing Gristle.

F that. If you want to enjoy some jazz, reach for Miles Davis, or John Coltrane. Whatever happens today, it will be time well spent.

We can also think about how Sarachan brought in basically what's the USMNT first team for our last matches of 2017.

    Actually looking forward to it

Why was I thinking of you as an England fan? I was just about to ask you what you thought of the upcoming England - USA match.
