They need to keep Gallardo observed in a locked room with no communication devices or TV for this final. Can't trust him at all at this point. :p

I love how everyone's on Gallardo's ass as if it's something new.. Suspended coaches have always given indications from outside, at least in South America. The difference is that they were never punished by CONMEBOL for doing so until now.

But it is clear just how much el muneco scares all of you, as if his words alone produced miracles. Que crack que sos marcelo, los tenes cagados a todos

Decision comes out tomorrow. Gremio lawyer like their chances. I think he is deluded.

Does anyone know the official way to get the final tickets for 1st or 2nd leg?

well, yeah, you can be sure he will be coaching River no matter the punishment. And will probably pay a visit to the dressing room in the interval.

alternatively, Boca hinchas can pepper spray him to death. You like to do that.

the difference is that CONMEBOL always turned a blind eye to EVERYTHING. This is a competition where in half the stadiums cops have to protect players taking corner kicks with riot shields.

there were BIG changes in CONMEBOL due to the corruption scandals.

it was expected the new president would moralize CONMEBOL. Apparently, he won´t and maybe doesn´t want so.

The 4 semi finalists gathered before the matches started and signed a document for fair play on and off the field.

And what do we see? River Plate, a low morals club, non ethical club, tearing off the fair play signed document IMMEDIATELY, by helping Gallardo circumvent his punishment.

What do we see, River Plate playing SEVERAL matches with an ineligible player. Boca played one match.

None were punished. If Argentine clubs will keep doing that and CONMEBOL protecting you, Libertadores will be a war again. ******** fair play. Beating argies physically more than the British beat you out of the Falklands will be a duty.

lol, if this information leaked this way, it shows CONMEBOL is even more corrupt than everyone thought. Maybe the result was decided before the trial even, showing it to be a political decision, not a sport justice decision.

suck my dick argentine scum. Where is that mod that warned me not to insult these ********tard argentines?

I did clearly said that the most fair decision in my opinion would be to Boca be declared winner. Gremio and River eliminated. Yeah, kinda of a bummer.

But at least I am the ONLY one here who is having an unbiased view.

You River fans NEVER said both being eliminated would be fair.

It's taking CONMEBOL quite a bit of time. Weren't they supposed to have their decision out already ? Maybe they are waiting for the highest bidder ...

Yeah, they're delaying the decision... supposedly analyzing each law one by one to see if they have a reason to validate Gremio's argument

Probably going to be impossible the "official" way. The demand is going to be insane, and in these type of situations the clubs typically sell tickets only to socios (members who pay a monthly fee).

You'll probably have to go through re-sales, although you'll obviously be paying exuberant prices and will face the ever-existing possibility of being sold fake tickets.

Out of curiosity, do you have a preference for the game in the Bombonera or el Monumental? Do you side with either of the two teams, or are you just a neutral fan trying to enjoy this historic spectacle?

It's official: River will play the final. Gallardo suspended 4 games.

First game of the final, like I said, he can't even be in the stadium. I smell Facetime :whistling:

Honestly though, when you're down 1 x 0 and need to score 2 goals being on the brink of elimination, like Gallardo said, it's better being in the final and being fined or whatever, than not getting there at all. The punishment is not a deterrent and that's the problem. What you have to gain outweighs what you have to lose. That's why I would have liked to see River eliminated here.
