He's one of the few players who actually deserve compliment today. Still needs to work on decision making tho (Not passing to Son who was wide open and passed to SHJ instead)

No. I actually think he's a great winger domestically. So as long as he isn't selected for the NT, I really like him as a player. In the K-League he is a real crack.
He doesn't have the defensive strengths to become a decent FB. Generally, not every player who is fast has got what it takes to be a good FB.

Me. I thought he was the best offensive player (NTH woulda been if he didnt fck it up every time). Was involved with every good chance in first half. And when he got subbed, the wide play suddenly stopped working (minus 2-3 moments by KMH/NTH). He has done much more than SHM in the past games. I even thought that he had a slight development in decision making as he uses his team mates better than he used to do at the AGs.

MSM has no qualities, defensive or otherwise, to suggest he would be a good RB. Being a RB is more than about having a good engine.

thats what i figured. But he is honestly just useless at the international level. I remember vs Germany he was so predictable and when he was on the counter he got outmatched by Sule and Hummels. He stood no chance. It is like my 9 yr old nephew trying to run at me with the ball.

MSM would be ok (but still not good) if his decision making wasn’t piss poor. We like to bash HHC for being braindead at times but MSM makes him look like a genius.

MSM not only has low football IQ but he has no tricks in his pocket. When he was 1 v 1 vs Germany at the counter. It seemed like he just ran right into them. He is simply just an athlete, not a football player. He should not be called up again. Just call up CYW.

Lol at the Korean fans who are suddenly praising JHS for having the best build up play and commanding skills and saying that the reason we got exposed so many times today was because he was absent.
First of all, we played a 4-1-2-3 with two CAMs and Ki as a deep lying playmaker, as well as fullbacks who were told to go forward. So KYG and KMJ were very lonely. A different situation to the last matches where we played more defensively with 2 CDMs.
Then, with CHW, PJH and KMJ we had 3 changes in the defense. It was Cho's first NT under Bento and both PJH's and KMJ's first start since the WC/qualifiers.
They never played together as far as I can remember. So it was to be expected that they wouldn't have the best chemistry yet as well as not getting used to Bento's style.
Add the fact that KYG isn't having his best form due to lacking pt (still was decent imo).
Yes, JHS has been playing surprisingly well against Uruguay, but does one game make him our best CB? No.

What is Bento's conclusion on KNT performance?

And I (idiot) said that we won't miss him that much, when he retires. Shame on me, what a player.

It's really a damn shame that we only came out with 3 points in the WC. Looking back at it, Son a legit finisher, Ki a legit passer, Kim Young Gwon and Jo Hyun Woo having a great World Cup...despite the relatively tough group, we really should and would have advanced under a competent manager.

yeah sadly his decision-making is simply not up to snuff. A joker role should be his realistic aim.

How do you guys rate Hwang Inbeom in this game?
I feel like he's a poor man Lee Jaesung.
