    No, he's not my type.

    Why not both?

Defense is probably our strongest possible back 4 and GK right now, so no complaints there (left back is up for debate, but that's nothing new).

Saief... meh. Call me when he's not injured for more than 5 consecutive matches. Green and Bradley, just why?

Meh on Green. See what he can do.
Agree on Bradley. Let’s move on.

    Should be Trapp's quote.

“Look, on one hand you feel for the small group of older players that choked last fall, who continue to collect a check from the nats and come out week after week. On the other hand, you can’t deny the fact that things here have really fallen behind in terms of these lazy, entitled, losers, the quality of the play, what it’s like to win for the USA."

Good for him. He's got as many goals in the past 2 games as he has in the past 2 years. Bravo. Wake me when he actually scores regularly for an entire season, then we can talk about him being our unquestioned #9. A goal in a friendly, for an interim coach, doesn't mean a whole hell of a lot.

I didn’t even know they were playing tonight. Thanks Garber. Thanks Precourt. Apparently I’m not missing anything either.

Bradley shouldn't play a single minute again for the national team. Hopefully ggg ends this misery.

I thought he was incredible tonight. The calmness for our youngsters, the experience coming through, the sage advice with every pass. How is that misery?

I don’t really have a strong opinion on him one way or the other, but what does the interim coach thing have to do with the fact that he scored today?

Really enjoyed watching Michael Bradley jog pointlessly around the pitch tonight. What a display of leadership. Lead by jogging, that's his motto.

So of course after his useless, embarrassing display of simply taking up space with no overall purpose he gets the post game interview spot. As if we hadn't seen enough of him already. Didn't the producers actually watch the game?

Top shelf soccer nations do not bring in tired old has beens to play in games like this. Dave Sarachen has been a weak, uninspired loser his whole life and he needs to just go away.

And take Bradley with him. Two jokes in search of a punchline.

Look on the bright side, we found 35K Colombians willing to pay money for this.

Which was apparently the only point.

They charged sky high prices for an utterly pointless game and put it in Tampa FL. Apparently Omaha was booked.

It was amusing to see the tightness the cameras and producers had to go to in order to get an entirely AO frame once in a while. Otherwise, solid yellow stadium.

Clubs having to give up players for these farces is a crime. FIFA does whatever they want, and what they want is money.

Hopefully, we'll have a new coach in place soon. Last night seemed like such a low point for some reason.

There's been lower and there will be much lower in the future.

On the bright side, if you expect nothing from the team last night's performance was naive and disjointed in a way that led to actual entertaining soccer.

It was a nice break from the gruel that Berhalter has been spoon feeding us at the club level this year.

He never really had a big moment, but you can easily see the quality that Weah has in him.

The same cannot be said of Green. Strong and Holden were talking him up early. What I saw in those early stages was a guy putting passes behind his runners 3 times in a row.

Robinson---beyond left footed does he offer anything? A couple horrible outings against some of the world's best. He doesn't seem super fast and certainly not tactically mature.

Saief in front of him didn't offer up much assistance and the less said about Bradley leading them by example the better.

Miazga and Brooks I'm ok with. The more time they spend together the better.

I don't know about that. The team seemed disinterested at times and almost sloth like. Steffen didn't have a good game and our offense was poor. I'm sure I'll watch the Peru game but I'll take your advice and expect nothing.

The game was fast paced and had lots of chances. The team offensively tried at least to go at Colombia, even if as zman said we thwarted ourselves with Green passing a step or two behind our other attackers. Robinson is an entertaining trainwreck. Green and Weah both had their moments. Acosta was decent.

Going into the game I expected Colombia to run us off the field, which they sorta did, but I was more entertained than I expected.
