Frankly once a friendly becomes 11 vs. 10, no conclusions can be drawn.

Sarachan > Mexico. That's pretty bad.

I understand he’s not everyone’s favorite, but I love Green’s attitude to always think with every play, how do we score?

For a while I've had Miazga as our #1 or #2 CB for the cycle. But yeah, Adams is a core player looking forward. By the end of the cycle I think he's fairly likely to be one of our 2 best overall players.

Not sure it's a good cross, because I'm not sure Robinson planned that - but good awareness by Adams to pounce on the opportunity and finish.

I don't know if the US has shown more ability this half, but they've definitely shown that they want it more this half.

Go for the throat. Mexico scrubs are as annoying as the real team

That was a bad call on the red, but I'll take it. We need a lift.

I swear you are the depressed robot from Hitchhiker’s guide to the galaxy. Either that or an 89 year old Argentinian grandma. Your ability to try and suck the joy out of any situation is near super power status.

Thing is Weah wasn't getting anything until Green came in and those two combined well.

Then we got Robinson, and things got nice. Shame about the red, as a logical type I prefer keeping things even so we can see what those three can do.

At any rate, since Green came in, everything good came from our left. I think we may have found our first pairing: Green as LM, Weah as the forward on his side.

Conclusions can rarely be drawn anyway, but I'm enjoying this. Though the fact that I gambled on it helps

I think this has turned into a good "growth" game for the kids. Still want a different coach, but nice game to learn about composure.

But but If we win, Sarachan will be considered a contender :(

    I am sad now.

I know this isn't the most exciting game, but we've looked way better than Mexico. I'd be really angsty even with this young lineup if I was an El Tri supporter. I mean, Julian f-cking Green is bossing them in the midfield.

Shaq Moore isn't the answer. His offensive sense is poor.

Eh, if he's in contention, it's due to issues with the coaching search that go WAY deeper than one game against a young Mexican lineup.

It looks like Green is just floating underneath Zardes and all across the front line.

TBF, Weah started pinching in when Green came on. He's always shown his best pinching in on the left and really only going wide on the right.

We were absolutely horribly set up in the first half and further Trapp has been awful and filling the space that Adams (IMO) should be sitting. Tactically we were a mess. I don't think we're that bad once we've moved into more natural positions.
