So three recent high profile trophies and loads of fantastic football to watch and they still forced him out !
Supposedly Arteta is the bookies favourite as the other names have withdrawn ... Patrick Vierra is also being banded about though
It seems like Arsene Wenger is in favor of Arteta. I just hope that everything will work out fine as Wenger leaves the squad.
I've always liked Arsenal ( since Arsenal took the reins ) but on disappointed at the way many of the fans have treated him
You are correct. ...but, you're not from Barcelona, right? I ask, because that "local team" remark is a pat answer by people who disapprove of those of us who follow foreign teams.
The only comment I will add is that I do not like when someone says they "picked" a team. I think that however much research one does that when it comes down to it that the club picked you. When I first started showing interest in Liverpool back in the 80's, it was as basic as loving their logo on their patch. I guess I could have been considered a bandwagoner at first if there was an internet back then. Liverpool was still so successful and Manchester United hadn't started their long run of success to catch up in league titles. I couldn't see them on tv every week like we can these days nor could I find any stream to watch them as what the hell was streaming as it didn't exist either. I just remember getting to see pictures of them in the wonderful home kits and that logo. I had to actually research so much back then and become pen pals with new friends from the Liverpool area. My clubs that I support in the other Euro leagues that I follow all started for a variety of reasons later on. I was lucky to get to see the Bundesliga during the 3 years I was stationed in Germany during the late 80's and early 90's. That is all I had to add to the conversation. Good luck to those still in search of their English club.
i always support Manchester United but manu need a lift and will face a Valencia side in the Champions League on Tuesday that has just one victory in La Liga this season, but the truth is that three, four or even five wins will not change the fact that the Old Trafford club looks rudderless.
You're goal differential from 6th place and Europe. If this is all the "suffering" you can take, then Man U was the right choice for you. Don't expect any sympathy here, though.
It could require 5th, 6th, or 7th to qualify for the Europa League depending on if the FA Cup and/or Carabao Cup are won by a club that is in the top seven. Manchester United is 16 points behind first and 16 points above the relegation zone. Using the goal differential tiebreaker, Manchester United is closer to being relegated than being champion, although the former would require being passed by clubs with many games against each other.
I have no problem with people following whatever team they want. What annoys me is when they make derogetory comments about other team fans based as though they grew up there. Idiots
Liverpool: Fantastic club history And current underdogs out of the top six teams in the premier league
Well everyone expected City to run away with the title .. and they still may . I still shudder when I recall they bought 4 fullbacks for around 200 million in a fairly short space of time .. They don't really deserve anything after the ridiculous amounts of money they've spent . I find them a tad boring and rather predictable.. I prefer to watch Liverpool , Arsenal , Spurs and even Wolves tbh
Arsenal. But my girlfriend and her family are hardcore Chelsea fans, so i kind of have to back them too.... Not after that 6:0 defeat though
NUFC because of Almiron and how well they've treated him. My London/Home Counties team is Tottenham. Liverpool/Man U/Man City? Liverpool.
Although he didn't score before he got hurt, Newcastle were more effective and entertaining after he joined. I think he'll be even better next season.
