Totally brutal.. they must not have liked what they saw. I watched some of the games he started in, he had some shaky moments but nothing crazy for a guy getting his first experience at that level. I wonder if there is anything else to the story or if it was just the performance on the field. Should have given him more than 2 games to see what he could do though.

Wonder if Klimenta has any inclination of returning to SRFC?

Probably because Gomez is here now, so bringing him back would be in a situation where they’d have to let him go or pay him to sit on the bench. Sucks because I’d rather have Kiffe back.

I guess. Maybe I'm confused, but Kiffe plays LB mostly, and Gomez is a better RB(?). So, the left side is locked down, that leaves you with your choice of Klimenta, Gomez or Hord on the right, or you could move Hord to start or be decent depth at RW and RB is still covered in case we need Klimenta at CB.

Then again, what I really want is a stable and reliable backline. Kind of late in the season for more musical chairs.

    Josh Cohen update.

Three starts and one half-time sub in. One goal allowed. Has started the last two league games. He may have won the starting job?

If he keeps it up, he might be starting some Europa League games next year...that'd be cool to see.
